    Your hairline is looking great bro I'm about 2 months into my regiment & it's really hard to tell whether I'm starting to get regrowth or not but I've definitely slowed down on the shedding I'd be ecstatic if I got results like yours 🙏

    thanks for the great content... I started losing my hair when i was 25 now i'm 26 and three months ago i decided to try to fight for my hair. My way start when I visited a trichologist, she said that I have alopecia, I was very sad to hear that, because I love my hair and am not ready to lose it now. ...i did 5 prp procedures , started using minoxidil 5% kirkland and I also use dermoroller. My hairdresser was surprised, and said that the results are very good... I do not take finasteride, but I changed my diet, and excluded all foods that raise the level of DHT, and added to my diet everything that blocks it: Green Tea, Pumpkin oil, saw palmetto, biotin, zinc. and I also keep a low-carb diet..and I got a good bonus, now not only my hair started to look better, but also my physical health improved

    Thank you so much Victor for sharing with us your journey, these videos can help a lot of men around the world, to reverse their hairloss, and get their confidence back again, a lot of people don't even know about finasteride/derma roller/ and minoxidil, or some people still hesitating to take the courage and try this regimen, so by sharing your results, this may give them good insights to do so :)
    I have a question since you mentioned that you take finasteride at night, what time exactly during the night you take your dose , and is it obligatory to stick with the same time that you choosed to start with ?

      Hey bro, thank you so much for the support and encouragement, that's the goal with this channel. Tho help as many people as possible :)
      I take it right before I go to bed at night so like 8-9pm, but you can do whatever suits you. No you don't have to stick with the same time everyday, but in order to make sure you take 1mg a day, it is better to turn it into a strict routine rather than taking it whenever you remember because then there will be days where you miss it and there will be days when you don't know whether you've taken it or not and may therefore take two :)

    Victor i have a question for you bro whats wrong with using the 0.5 derma roller? The 0.5 derma roller is the one i purchased before i started watching your videos also my other questions do girls not like guys who shave theyre heads or bald? Please let me know bro 🤞😌

    • @victoremery
      @victoremery  2 года назад

      Hey bro, nothing wrong with a 0.5mm, you just won't penetrate it deeply enough to maximise the production of hair growth factors. So I would suggest 1.0mm - 2.0mm as this is the optimal needle depth for the scalp.
      Also, girls find bald men attractive. I do think you'll be less attractive to a larger group of women, however you'll become more attractive to a smaller group of women who your chances with will increase by being ball as these are signs of power, leaders, providers, masculine! And at the end of the day what's on the inside matters so much, and in a world where everyone is so obsessed with how they look and people not being able to think for themselves; substance, or rather character and personality is what's highly needed. So if you have a great character then you will be successful in life, and you will get girls :D

      Hey bro, Nothing to be honest. I tried to observe this with my gf as i went off finasteride before but I truly couldn't tell a difference. I mean clinical studies say that they can be associated with depression etc. but not for me. Also I strongly believe that dealing with hair loss already has such a psychological impacts on us, and those of us who decide to go on finasteride are a bit unstable to begin with, which means that we are more susceptible to these side effects (especially if we begin taking medication with the mindset that we will get side effects which most do!). I am no scientist but I hope this can be of some help :)

    • @victoremery
      @victoremery  Год назад +1

      Hey bro, although I wouldn't say it's all a scam I do believe that standard over the counter topical minoxidil as well as prescribed oral finasteride (1 mg) is the best and the rest is just paying for the brand. In rare cases added ingredients to the topical min could potentially make minoxidil cause less irritation, dryness and flakiness to the scalp :)
      But since I haven't tried these I wouldn't know. But if they are overpriced, you're better off buying minoxidil from your local pharmacy and fin prescribed from your doctor :) Hope that helps broski!

It’s not uncommon for this to happen just not majorly talked about. Deeply regret taking finasteride. Reason is that my body is over compensating for the dht I’m limiting and producing more to make up the difference.

Following this I would begin taking minoxidil and derma rolling, yes. And you're right, not finasteride yet. I wouldn't start this personally until 20-22 at least, but later is even better and I'm not you so once you're 18 you can get it if you want :)

      Hey bro! 1. No, you will have to continue using minoxidil with finasteride,
      2. Personally no, because you don't eliminate all dht in your body and we do so many thins anyways which increase the production of DHT so For me personally it hasn't affected my gains. Then again I'm no body builder, but I go to the gym often and have the ability to carry muscles and could grow bigger if I wanted to despite being on finasteride! I would try it if I were you and decide for yourself :)

I recently visited a dermatologist who suggested me to took prp. But my parents hadn’t given me the permission to do it. Then doctor suggested me to use minoxidil without finastride. The reason he told me that your age is not recommend for consuming finastride. Instead he gave me some oral medicine just to strengthen the hair follicles. I have been using minoxidil for approximate 2 weeks and my temple area hairs are starting to disappear. I knew that these are initial symptoms of regrowing hair but I didn’t see any new hair roots coming out. Also I don’t know which shampoo to use and which extra supplements to take to imporve density in my hair. Please guide me that which shampoo auto use and what supplements to take in this journey. I’m very disappointed and always thought about my hair when I look myself in mirror. Please make a video or reply here that what supplements I should take and other hair products I should use(the dht blockers ones). It will be very helpful for me and I also hope that I get results like you after 3-4 months.

      I would suggest you check out either scalp massages or scalp micro pigmentation :)

    What if u take Finasteride while your bloodwork isn't good?

    • @victoremery
      @victoremery  2 года назад

      I am no doctor and don't recommend this. If your blood work is bad that means you can have some serious adverse effects to finasteride, which you don't want. Then its better to only use minoxidil and derma rolling, or if you're brave enough, shave it all off! Shaving it off would be my ultimate advice, because then you are free from the prison of hair loss :D

      @@victoremery thanks for the info. I can't really shave it off, i am only 19 and i have pretty thicc hair. I started taking Finasteride as a precaution cuz i saw that my corners started to recede. I'm almost 3 months into it and i can tell that my hair is a lot thinner than before, is this just because of the shedding phase?

    Hi Victor, I was on Dutesteride + minoxidil + Biotin + Derma roller for 6 months had great results and recovered hair line in a great way! But now my dermatologist is not ready to prescribe dut anymore and shifted to fin as he thinks dut will cause effects in longer term... I am bit scared now that I might loss my gains😔.. any suggestions for me??

      Bro what’s dutesteride…is it different from finastride and also does it have any side effects like finastride. Please guide me as I’m new in it. Also please tell me how you take biotin..like from tablets or any other sources

      Wow what a mixture of medication, I’m glad you got great results. I guess finasteride will work well too, maybe an initial shed, but think about this, if it’s better for your health then it’s better for you to safely use for a longer period of time. It would be interesting to see what new discoveries/research papers your doctors has read to change his mind.

    • @youjustreadthis897
      @youjustreadthis897 2 года назад +1

      Fin prevents free testosterone from converting to DHT, which binds onto hair follicles and makes them smaller. By producing less DHT, your follicles that had suffered minoturization from DHT previously will begin to go back to normal again and become bigger which will lead to thicker hair again, but obviously the existing hair will shed since follicle is too big to hold it in place.
      Your shedding will continue for a few weeks and if your consistent with your use of fin then you should see regrowth after 5/6 months, especially when used with minox
