If you suffer from lumbar injury and pain, placing the backs of your hands into your lower back will improve your posture. It's your body. put comfort and your meditative consciousness. If you must meditate in corpse position. Brain and spinal flow, ya know.
Cannot guide shamatha. Only you can be aware of your mind and you only benefit if you are the one who recognizes if it is distracted, dull, or restless. If she were to speak to you while you are meditating you would become distracted. Her words would become thoughts in your mind. Guided meditation is good for hypnosis and trance, not samadhi. She is teaching you how to do it yourself so that you can learn to meditate, not meditating for you.
This isn’t your typical imagine yourself on a beach in Hawaii meditation. This isn’t McDonald’s this is the full 40oz steak with grass fed beef and cooked medium rare.
Thank You Lama Tsultrim 🙏🏼
I bow before you Lama Tsultrim. May these teachings benefit many. Thank you again for your transmission and teachings.
Wonderful! Thank you. Such a clear, honest and simple teaching.
Thank you for this! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
That's really helpful 🌷 Thank you 💗
The tips on posture are really great. Much appreciated!
About the lotus posture. I heard to start very carefully as it can be harmful to your joints. I suppose that's for any kind of posture though.
Are there any videos where there is more instruction on the difference between abiding with the breath vs concentrating on the breath?
👌🏼🕊️🕊️🕊️👌🏼
Thank you! This was really easy to understand!
Thank you Joex

@@ramon2008 Horrible analogy since lacking bodhicitta. But in other words, yes it is the real meditation.
@@thehiddenyogi8557 I’m not sure what you mean by lacking boddhichita but perhaps you can elaborate ? Maybe by modifying my analogy ??!
thank you
thank you
