This video has helped me understand my ruminating thoughts which I thought was uncontrollable. I'm not saying it totally got rid of it but it showed me a different perspective of how you can be aware of your thoughts when you are inside your spiral of thoughts. I think the way Mingyur Rinpoche explains meditation, It's just so easy and beautiful.
    God Bless him

The longing to become an adult when you were young and yearning for the younger years was so powerful. I remember clearly being in sixth grade and my friends wanted to become adults to escape the pressures of homeworks and school. 25 years later and practicing meditation I realize how we’ve been denying ourselves of the present moment back in the day by wanting to become something that’s far into the future; a future that did not exist at the time.

Yes thats the way the system was designed to qualify and get greedy and selfish that the education system .monastic learning. school of indian philosophy adi shankaharaya lineage .do parents should send their children to these type of learning .like this person do it from an early age .the educational system from small wants you to be something in the future and sometimes a genuine soul fails because his mind daydreaming while learning .so he can't focus and fails his exams and he becomes a failure to everyone his parents teachers friends when everyone passes exams he fails they studied syllabus while the genuine soul wanted to genuinely learn everything but too playful and mind wandering one day this person wakes up by finding mindfulness and his journey now starts a new beginning he learns very easily by paying attention being aware becomes one pointed and can expand awareness and multitasking .that is ability to do many things at the same time. This was a lesson I learned .till I was introduced to . philosophy .yoga meditation . mindful and mindless ness .. continues to apply these principles till it becomes natural . meditation becomes natural and spontaneous .without any effort .as they say when you now start use effortless effort .till it dawn's on you as a natural part of your being .you realize your own awareness it's not meditation ,meditation Is something you want to aquire ,awareness is you. do become aware of your awareness . awareness watching awareness. The mind become still .by being present from moment to moment

after a year of meditating is was able to be aware of my awareness. it is like you see through your eyes with awarness. notice that awareness, that is looking through your eyes. the same with taste. notice the not the taste, but the awareness that is having the taste. you can be aware and feel your body, your skin. notice the awareness, what is feeling your skin. thats how to be aware of awareness. it makes your mind totally peaceful. thats a promise. even more peaceful than meditating about an object

Good luck

Life is good, provided you have nothing. I understood this and became aware that, the more things you have in life, the more stressful it becomes. Wanting more, comes from the monkey mind, I enjoyed this sermon and during the few minutes of listening to the sound of the ringing bell, I thought, may be I could get a similar bell, from Amazon, a quality bell with a quality sound. Why on Earth I thought of this instead of concentrating on that few moments of the ringing sound of the bell. I’m so angry with my monkey mind.

I was distracted a bit by the woman who seemed to be constantly talking and I was getting angry and annoyed at her rudeness. I also noticed all these people wearing headphones and apparently listening to something else. Why are these people there? I thought. Then I realized what was going on. The woman was interpreting the talk into French or Spanish for the people with the headphones. Turns out everybody was listening.
I changed my attitude completely. I dont know if it says more about me and my attitudes and expectations about things. Maybe Im not the only one. Just thought I'd point it out. Now that crying baby is another story but maybe there's a reason for that I don't know too. I'm not judging the baby. Maybe I shouldn't judge the Mother too. No pressure on myself though. Ha ha.

This explanation is amazing! The mind/body connection is amazing...As I understand, the only difference is our awareness...It’s the same as if you have a job where you are on your feet all day, but go for a walk to exercise afterwards. You going for the walk and being aware of what you’re doing and why you are doing it makes a difference to the body....This is how I understand it to be.

The touch of awareness - knowing that you are experiencing or doing something - transforms unconscious into conscious and frees you from the conditioning related to that experience or action.
When you experience something you automatically react to it even when you think and act
When you are aware of something and your action on it, you are freed. A larger perspective arises.

In Buddhism we can't find present by experiment, so without the present there's no future. So keep calm ☺️

I never found such kind of Brilliant video ever.. This is bestest one.
How beautiful you teach everything in a positive way. I have become more awareness. While watching this video I listened to you very carefully. How can we manipulate our monkey mind, the things makes so easier for us. What we are doing just to aware it.
I will call it invisible form of waves comes in our mind whether it is negative or positive.
If someone gives us bad news on telephone itself can spoil our mood, that's called form of waves.
If we can deviate our mind rather than exaggerate on things, we even have more clarity on how the beautiful world it is.

Priyanshu Piplani, Meditation is the permanent way to a relaxed and stress free life because it reprogrames the mind. Enter "Alternate nostril breathing meditation videos" on Google search and do the simple meditation for 10 minutes if possible twice a day. Also read the benefits of alternate nostril breathing meditation. It can also be done sitting on a chair. Best wishes. Do meditation daily to enjoy a relaxed life. Best wishes--Shyaaam --Life Coach.
