This video has helped me understand my ruminating thoughts which I thought was uncontrollable. I'm not saying it totally got rid of it but it showed me a different perspective of how you can be aware of your thoughts when you are inside your spiral of thoughts. Keep crying. It clears ur all Papa ( Evil deeds) of current & past life. When tears will stop rolling down while praying, u will start earning Punya( Good deeds) which will take u towards Moksha ( freedom from Death & Birth again) after this life. It seems u r on a right path..!

after a year of meditating is was able to be aware of my awareness. it is like you see through your eyes with awarness. notice that awareness, that is looking through your eyes. the same with taste. notice the not the taste, but the awareness that is having the taste. you can be aware and feel your body, your skin. notice the awareness, what is feeling your skin. thats how to be aware of awareness. it makes your mind totally peaceful. thats a promise. even more peaceful than meditating about an object

I don't understand much of what he's saying, I don't practice anything, but I like the sound of his voice, the way he speaks, and reasons about things. It almost has the form of children's stories.

This guy definitely has wisdom about our mind and body, how it works with awareness like space works with a tornado and changes and goes back but space or awareness never change but stabilizes whatever your condition maybe: depression, panic, etc we get clarity and purity when we get more awareness. Smart guy!

I stumbled across this post whilst on a short walk.... It grasped my attention massively. My overthinking mind needed this. I ended up walking further, like he was in my head guiding me. As a toddler I had the aware of awareness and grew up like that... Until all hell broke out and had to sacrifice all what I felt it made me alive. Now days I try to remember how as a child-teenager I did what I did with my mind because from time to time I kinda... Get back to it but the monkey mind and the rage quickly fix things back to hell. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, because somehow my body remembers more and more with your wisdom.

While listening to this video I was cleaning the kitchen and specially in the meditation part I was scrubbing so hard that I cut deeply my finger with the steel scrubber and I realized I needed this more than I thought I did.
I never found such kind of Brilliant video ever.. This is bestest one. How beautiful you teach everything in a positive way. I have become more awareness. While watching this video I listened to you very carefully. How can we manipulate our monkey mind, the things makes so easier for us. What we are doing just to aware it. I will call it invisible form of waves comes in our mind whether it is negative or positive. If someone gives us bad news on telephone itself can spoil our mood, that's called form of waves. If we can deviate our mind rather than exaggerate on things, we even have more clarity on how the beautiful world it is.

The only Tibetan lama or rinpoche I listen to other than my root guru his holiness the 14th Dalai lama. Migyur Rinpoche is a real practitioner. He is very sweet and full of life. Plus very intelligent free of ego.
I have noticed since I started meditation I recognize crazy monkey mind much quicker.and.am able to redirect to positive thoughts. I am amazed at what only half an HR each morning has done to change me. I want to.grow. still endless room to grow...
This explanation is amazing! The mind/body connection is amazing...As I understand, the only difference is our awareness...It’s the same as if you have a job where you are on your feet all day, but go for a walk to exercise afterwards. You going for the walk and being aware of what you’re doing and why you are doing it makes a difference to the body....This is how I understand it to be.

The touch of awareness - knowing that you are experiencing or doing something - transforms unconscious into conscious and frees you from the conditioning related to that experience or action. When you experience something you automatically react to it even when you think and act When you are aware of something and your action on it, you are freed. A larger perspective arises.
