    Thank you for this. The great host and the kind monk. Meditation is an amazing gift from the east, and the way of the Buddha is the complete package, in my mind. Almost everyday I acknowledge in gratitude the fact that im an average working man from the middle east, and I have all those amazing talks, guided meditations, apps at my fingertips. I am still a very beginning meditator, just two months of everyday practice (half hour on average) and I already see radical changes (truth be told, i also do DBT therapy for many years now). It is beyond just calmness and chill which are great. I genuinely like OTHER people more and it enhances my social life. Step by step I build a life that are fulfilling and meaningful.
    Thank you whoever reads this. May you be well and happy!

    Wow thank you so much this video stumbled across me at the right time at my lowest point…Not only master explained about the common meditation myths for a beginner like me, especially the WATCH STORY, which says the recognition of our self qualities or callings. This really resonates with me the most! As I was really in low self esteem & denial…this is life-changing! Thank you!

    I hope this interview will reach whole of the world and benefits the people. The people here in west have high experience of decorating at any festival.. it amazed me to see how beautifully they can decorate. Eg at Xmas, new year or any festival. But, lack somehow inner qualities. I got to touch with many westerner where I work. They got too much stressed to a little things. I really wish they are happier inside too.❤❤

    all is one. so there is no such thing as the "happiest" thats a foolish way to speak! very foolish and ignorant. speak correctly if you care about accuracy for your viewers and also if you want to bring good energy aswell. if he's a happy chappy then great, but theres no such thing as the "happiest". so do the responsible thing change the video title. you can help people to feel better about themselves by using different words in your title.

      Meditation wont make someone happy but let you become aware of the situation and let you to see the actual reality

    • @kwanyuan1669
      @kwanyuan1669 14 дней назад

      Happiest was measured based on Gamma brain waves he had when he meditates. It was measured 10 years ago when his head was strapped to electrodes and there was a professor at the University of Wisconsin that interpreted the results. That’s the basis. But meditation is not a subject of devotion, inspiration or intellectual arguments - it’s experiential. Meditators may find it hard to understand.

    • @tvdylan
      @tvdylan 13 дней назад

      experiential is beyond measurements ; ) much love. and even if we humour the idea of the measurements, you would have to measure 8 billion people before you can use the term happiest, humouring the idea. based on the usage of the word "happiest". and happiness is not neccessarily naturaly a constant. it is maybe like a flower opening in the sun. and the flower is also perfect and content when its surrounded by its leaves in the dark.
