hi so I started doing this workout with the abs and the arms one. the first day was motivating knowing how long it will take to get fit and storng but on my fourth day it became harder I started slacking and taking breaks and not working hard enough what should I do to keep exercising and working hard to get results. btw I weigh 76, female, 17 years old, 166cm
I dedicate a day to different types of workouts so cardio, legs/ass, arms/abs you can break it up further if you want, and I look up different x hit videos to fit those categories so it is constantly changing, you are getting bored which is why I think you are taking breaks, you know the workout so you know what is next and you begin to dread for example the burpees so you slow down a bit. I have lost 10kgs (in 5 months) using x hit 3-4 tmes a week and I do two ten minute videos. Good luck!
Hello I actually have a problem and cant find solution for it, I get a lot of sweat while doing exercises at first i thought it is good but i lost 2 kgs in one day becz of sweat so what do i do to reduce my sweat during exercises...!

This looks great, I like the idea of 30 second intervals, about to try it :)
It went well, it was challenging but not to the point where I had to stop.
The only time I had any issues were the star jumps, my calves hate them.
