    Ingredients
    4 to 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
    1 Green Onion sliced
    1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
    Spray Olive Oil
    Teriyaki Sauce:
    ⅓ Cup Low-sodium soy sauce
    ¼ Cup Fresh orange juice
    2-3 Tbsp Water
    2 Tbsp Honey
    2 Garlic Cloves minced
    1 Tbsp Minced fresh ginger
    1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes or to taste
    ½ Fresh Lemon juice
    ½ Tbsp Coconut flour
    Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
    Step 2
    Slice the green onion, peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.
    Step 3
    In a small bowl whisk together all teriyaki sauce ingredients.
    Step 4
    Spray the baking dish with the olive oil, and put the chicken in
    the dish. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
    Step 5
    Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Step 6
    Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the oven, and spoon
    over with the thickened sauce from the baking dish.
    Step 7
    Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
