  • Swings teach your hips how to accept and deliver load at high speeds.
    Requiring coordination, speed, and strength.
    👉🏼 For this reason, kettlebell swings should be a part of every athletes training program.
    They are often butchered because there are small but critical details about the movement that allow an individual to get the most out of it.
    🚀 Coaching can accelerate your progress towards not only mastering your technique but towards what we’re really here for… to feel strong, healthy, and athletic.
    💎 Thats why we created the Kettlebell Athletes Membership.
    We want quality coaching to come at an affordable price to everyone.
    ✅ If you want to simplify your fitness without spending hours at the gym kettlebell training was made for you.

    I just did this exercise at the gym using 12kg for 5 set and 15 -20 reps. I swear each time I drop the weight to rest in between sets I was seeing different creatures, spirits, hearing voices etc..
    This exercise raised my heart rate like I didn’t think it could.

    Remember folks, your energy is moving upwards like you're jumping. Your back and the kettlebell should be trying to go in the opposite direction, you should feel the kettlebell trying to pull away from you. But away not down, it it's pulling down then you are carrying it not launching it.

    • @acuriousape
      @acuriousape Год назад +5

      Should be straight. A lot of people make videos with bent elbows. However, the point is to make the hip thrust create enough momentum so the KB swings with your arms straight. Using biceps is really a crutch for a weak hip thrust

  • @NEPAFIX

      Yes. I do and teach the KB Swing as a hip hinge. No squat involved. When the bell swings back between your legs, just for a moment, your back, hips, and knees are in almost the same position they would be at the beginning of the second pull of a clean or power clean. You then explode the hip forward and open and you should achieve triple extension.
