Lift it dont drag it, if you have to drag it it is probably too heavy, the bell your using in this demo looks huge but which is not helping with the depth between subject and ground, I teach to do it also on fists to give more space beneath...
Does it matter how heavy the kettlebell is for this exercise? Or can one benefit from using any weight? Wondering how many lbs I should go for 🤔

That lady has an impressive smooth clean. I just started doing kettlebell workouts a month ago. Still trying to get smooth cleans.
I’ve never actually really understood which body part I’m supposed to be working with this one, is it lower back? Glutes? Am I supposed to push my arms with my hips?

Each one has its place. DB offer better ROM for bench press and curls. FC, swings its KB all day. DB and KB snatch or clean and press, it’s a matter of preference. DB normally offer better choice weight increments

Knees look too bent to me.
Looks like the women isn't listening to your instructions. She's doing a squat and not a hip hinge. She's also lifting the bell with her arms, which is wrong. Pop with your hips? OUCH! I just mangled my hips! Wrong! You straightening your legs with force, not pop your hips.

That KB is massive these ppl are definitely strong 25lbs is challenging alone

Great tutorial. Learning the KB snatch has had a huge impact on my training. Lots of practice taming the arc makes snatches nice and smooth. My favorite exercise.
