I made this recipe today. Multiplied the ingredients by 4 so that i could use 1 egg. The result is lots of super delicious cookies(24 mini muffin pan and 8 pieces 7 cm pastry rings and 3 plain cookies) .. Thank you cooking tree. They will all be gone by tomorrow .

Turned out good! The cookies were really crisp and turned a beautiful golden brown. However, they were very dry and the topping crumbled and fell off the cookie. I'd recommend that you press the crumb topping down before baking. It could also have done with slightly more apple jam.

@@rianeang6035 I'm not sure since I'm still a beginner. We only added a bit of brown sugar and grinded almonds (we ran out of almond powder), but it shouldn't affect that much. Actually I won't say our cookies turned out that hard and crunchy, but they're also not too soft like the original apple crumble cake. Just nicely balanced.

I made these today and I'm sad to say I was a bit disappointed. I did make a few changes. I used half white and half brown sugar in the topping and doubled the filling. I think the changes boosted the flavor a bit, although I still felt they were a bit bland. Not bad by any measure, just very average cookies, which is a bit of a shame.
you could try adding some chopped nuts and oatmeal to the topping. That's what I do when Mom and I make regular apple crumble... You could also add some cinnamon and nutmeg to the topping to boost the flavour
I have a few questions, for the egg, do I add just a whole egg or crack an egg, then beat it, then weigh 13g? Another question, do I have to add the almond powder? Can I cut it out because I don’t have it at my house.
Hello. first thank you for your videos they are beautiful and the recipes never failed me. Second : I cant find almond powder here, can I use more flour instead???
in case you don't get a better answer, i would say make your own almond powder/flour/meal, whatever you want to call it. it's pretty simple, just takes a bit of time. you can search on youtube or google how to do it. from what i know substituting between gluten and gluten free flours can be a bit iffy. but, if someone has tried it in a similar recipe they will know better than me. good luck~

I just tried a cooled one...Let’s just say my eyes rolled back in my head with delight, and the 😈 devil is telling me it would be alright, if I kept them all for myself!

@@gddn26 did you bake at 180°C for 20 to 22 minutes as well? I tried baking at 30 to 40 minutes at same temperature also turned out same soft crumbs

저는 온도는 똑같이 하되 굽는 시간을 1~2분 간격으로 색을 봐가며 추가해서 구워요.

저도 단걸 좋아하는 편이 아니라 되도록이면 많이 달지 않게 만드는 편이에요~^^
설탕을 너무 줄이면 식감 등등에서 차이가 생기더라구요~
많이 안 달게 드시고 싶으시면 5~10g정도는 줄이셔도 될 것 같아요~^^
