Russia has detained 8 suspects in connection to the Moscow mall terror attack case. Four men, who appeared in a Moscow court on Sunday, showed signs of sever beating. The IS-Khorasan reportedly warns Vladimir Putin in the new poster, as per Iranian media. Watch for more details.
