This film was visually stunning however absolutely boring!!!!!! I’m sick of everyone making Dracula a heart broken lover! In the book he was a calculated creature that only wanted to eat you not fall in love with you! 🤙🏼
Just because a story is based off of a piece of work, does not mean it has to follow that story’s details beat for beat. It’s a reimagined story, if you don’t like it fine, but saying it’s bad only because it doesn’t tell the exact same story is a rather juvenile opinion to hold.
The book was a terrible, racist, disaster... that being said, this character was a pretty accurate example of the real historical king. (Dethroned to prince by sultans)
