I just got one of these. As others have commented on in other videos, it would be nice if the cover was like 0.5 to 0.75 inch longer. It’s on my GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. Had a good steady rain today and got water in all 4 corners of the bed. Not particularly happy about the. I’ll have to try some something to reduce the leakage. Update (10/30/24): put a narrow weather seal (with peal off adhesive backing) just under the factory rubber seal along the edge behind the cab. Still leaked in corners. Then I used the black gooey “tape” the came with the cover and used it in the corner (top edge of bed) and that seems to have solved the leaking in the corners behind the cab. I did add a tiny bit toward the tail gate. I still get a bit of leaking there but I’m not sure you’ll ever completely seal that area because water can always come through gap between the bed and tailgate. All in all very happy. No rattling driving. Looks good too.
Did you ever run the frequency response for the Tang Band bookshelf speakers you did 4 years ago ? I might have missed it but did not see it. Doing a build with 5” Tang Band speakers and interesting in the frequency response. Thank You 🙏
I live in California it doesnt rain out here. Im honestly not concerened about if it leaks or is waterproof. But whats the weight of it and does it rattle or squeak when its down or up?
Really? This is the longer 6'7" bed that I have... maybe they need to update their website. I'd give them a call if you're wanting one, I know they make it for the longer beds!
Looking good, brother. Hope you and the family are doing good.. My truck came with the Gator roll-up soft cover and it uses velcro to seal up the sides and a nice seal at the tail gate. In 4 yrs I haven't gone through a car wash yet that could make it leak. Also has 2 locking levers to open instead of the pull rope, though it *is* still a soft cover :)
Thanks man, all doing well! Hope you and yours are doing the same... That's great about the Gator! Heard good things about those too. Super nice there's no water leakage. I've just read and seen others talk about small leaks with almost every cover... hard to keep pressurized water out but I could see how the velco could do well with that
No, just had a lot going on with family and have been putting a lot of energy into a business venture I started. Getting back into the swing of videos though 😁

As someone who is not super handy, this bed cover is extremely easy to use pulling it off and on and all contents stay dry. Highly recommend. ❤
Good to see another video from you. I always enjoy your sense of humor.

Not sure the weight. They probably have that spec on their site. It's silent while driving with the back window open. No rattles or squeaks
Unfortunately i don't see this for the 6' bed on the GMC 1500's. It's only available for the short beds.

Did you get any ppf done to the truck? I cant decide if its worth it or a waste.
I did not... i paint corrected and ceramic coated. No ppf though

I had a Gator $220 soft cover never leaked!
Looking for a new hard cover.
Why do you want hard over soft? I cant decide
Your back!👏 Was afraid you'd quit.
