While I think that a lot will be explained this year, and while Jari had that plan with the crowdfundings and it made sense in 2017, something unexpected happened which made him changing plans. Maybe technology advanced enough so he could finish Time II now without his planned Headquarters, maybe Nuclear Blast caved in and provided him everything he needed, maybe he got very generous donations. If it is something like that, it wouldn't make that much sense to continue the original plan, right? Also he has at least one another album almost ready (according to Kai Hahto) so we will be eating and get a lot new music will get released in the near future. Another scenario is that Jari actually listened to my grievances where I stated that please release the album already, the fans will appreciate it even if it's not 100.00% up to your standards, it'll sell and make you enough money to build the headquarters or two and then you can remaster Time II and make it sound 100% like it should. It's a win-win
Having them finally get the studio just to put music out every 2-3years would be pointless imo. Considering that's how long most bands these days put music I'd hope they'd be able to do something like every 1-1.5years.
Jari commented and said it will release between late Summer and early Fall of this year.
