Now this is the perfect way to play tiny dancer
Is it just me, or did everyone start singing Blue jean baby at the start! Really enjoyed this.
Yep I do!
While imagining I was riding on a bus?? Yup!!!!!
No one in all of RUclips plays Elton John like you except the man himself
So impressive! You’ve taken me back to his last concert in Melbourne only a couple of weeks ago. The sound of the Roland certainly has the ‘essence’ of Elton’s style. Not to mention your little chord additions are virtually identical to his live performances of this song. Very well done!
I’d chop my right hand off to be able to play like this. 😂 What a talented guy.
It's a wonder why this song didn't become a fabulous staple in Elton's enormous catalog until the movie Almost Famous hit the theaters! I loved this song since I heard it first back in 1988 on the radio when they played the Live Australia version!
WOW - superb!! I wish I had 1% of your talent. Please, Please cover "Song for Guy".
Absolutely class as per usual
Outstanding!👏👏👏
This is the live version yhat elton developed later on that he often played in the 80s that was different to the original.
Yes this is the one or a variation that he still uses. The Album version Madman across the water is different. Have to say I love both equally.
Brilliant great transposition
Excellent!
Just wonderful. Been an elton fan for decades and love his piano playing. You play his songs just like him. Fabulous. Thanks.
Bravo!! 👏
Love this!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Beautiful keyboard cover of Tiny Dancer! You are a very talented pianist and it sounded great! I just posted my acoustic version of this song today, and saw your cover....very well done! Steve
Very good 😊
Enjoy your beautiful talent my friend
Very nice
Superlative
I would love to hear Little Geanie someday
I second this!!
Can you do heard it through the grapevine I can’t figure out the left hand beat lot of improv In there on that one
Amazing!!!! I just purchased the rd2000. What settings are you using? That is the exact sound I am looking for
Can you do Nikita in over head angle. Same style as you did before?
Please do Bennie and the Jets next!! I was gonna say you should do a farewell tour version of it at some point
He's already done an overhead of Bennie based on 90s-2000s solo versions. Farewell tour is mostly just the same but with a band
@@thomasglass7223 Yea I’ve seen it but he has the iconic sound this time around with his RD-2000, and there are still some slight variations with the farewell version but I see your point
@@ish9506 honestly, on second thought, I'd love to hear Bennie on the RD-2000.
Take to the pilot plsssss
Do you low key secretly get lessons with elton ? Or you must have a seriously amazing ear!
If EJ teaches, I want to too!
Can you please do Don't Go Breaking My Heart next? Pleeeeeease!
Can I ask what piano and settings did you use. Was it a grand and the rd1000 sound mixed?
This is the internal sounds from the keyboard. I use the Piano 1 from the MKS (Roland RD-1000) with some chorus on, and have layered it with stage piano 4 on the rd 2000 - you will need around 70-80 % of the rd-1000 and 20-30 % stage piano 4 in the layer. Then I've adjusted the eq to get it more crisp. You can do that on the panel on the right hand side of the screen. Hope this helps.
@@LimeCovers Thanks, i really enjoy your Elton covers btw. 👍
what setting did you use for the piano??
It's a mix of the piano 1 from the RD-1000 and stage grand 4 (both on the piano). Then I've adjusted the levels and added equalizer.
Please have marcy on the criminal you are so god at piano
Excellent playing! Too bad the Roland pianos (all modeled and not sampled) sound terrible...
it may be your opinion that it is a "terrible" sound but that's the exact sound Elton John has been using for the last 35 years ;)
@@bojackhorseman5367 Sorry, but Elton John has used a Yamaha piano/keyboard far more than he ever used a Roland.
@@gb3496 If I remember correctly, he uses a Yamaha CX7 right? It could possibly that it may have the shell, but Elton after ditching the Roland keyboard secretly kept the sound through Midi
@@gb3496 he uses a yamaha grand shell. still uses the roland sound. you just shittalked his piano sound hes had for like 30 years
@@thomasglass7223 Wrong, get educated before making such a ridiculous comment.
