We designed the ultimate Devon country pub experience.
This is how we reinvented the Thatched Tavern customer experience. Our client asked us to refresh the tired internal spaces and offer an independent country pub experience that focused on good quality seasonal ingredients using local suppliers.
With the aim of wowing old and new customers throughout the entire customer journey. Starting with a rebrand, website and social media campaign. Creating buzz about the re-opening of this community hub with a visual story of the refurbishment. The interior design and the build and fit out stage was completely project managed and delivered by Fruition.
The Thatched Tavern Maidencombe launched with a fully booked restaurant every night and fantastic reviews.
