He had custody at first because he is very manipulating to the extreme of abuse. I finally got smart. Had a GAL involved to speak on behalf of my children as I went into hiding with them. The judge and his attorney could not believe that they were manipulated for the last five years. My kids don’t want anything to do with him today. He apologized but they don’t want anything to do with him. My daughter won’t even take the grandbaby over to see him. What she says to the investigator sounds familiar to me.

      I feel bad for the mother of the child, I know I probably shouldn't but I do.
      I could see where what she's saying and it's probably true to a certain degree. The stepmother debbie, is probably the catalyst for all of this.
      But that's not to say that the birth mother is a good mother. Probably full of bad decisions. But the birth father isn't exactly a success story either. Lives with mom and dad while he's 31 and his dad is willing to say he might have pawned some things in the home. Yikes.
      So the grandfather seems to be more willing to see things for what they are, I hate to say it but hope he sees that Debbie has stepmother wife is wanting to be mommy and the most popular girl in school. • @wvrjl
      @wvrjl 5 месяцев назад +1

      Who actually said that? Was it a 3rd party who overheard Frank say that? Or did the police make it up?
      I'm assuming they made it up, hoping the suspects would confirm that hunch (to fit an element of the crime), because,
      First they asked Kelly something like, "What did you think Frank meant, when he said, "I'll take care of it?'" At which point she said she didn't remember him saying that.
      Then they asked Frank, "What did you mean when you said, 'I'll take care of it.'" At which point Frank said, "I don't remember saying that." Then the police said, "Why would Kelly lie to us?" as though she told them.
      Either way, she knew exactly what happened because she was part of it!
      He died a horrific death. But I feel really bad that she'll have no memories of mom passed down. Not for the mother, but for the daughter.
      I'm sure Kelly loved her daughter, just not more than she loved herself and/or hated her ex.

You have no idea what mothers go through in the Midwest/eastern/western/southern family court system and how illegal it should be to take a kid away from a mom. That mother fought so dang hard to get her kid back and ended up in prison over it and still lost. That dudes family sounded absolutely horrible and brutal. The MIL’s actions, statements and refusals to allow visitation should have been stand alone criminal. I sympathize with the mother who went to prison. She isn’t a cold blooded killer and wasn’t responsible for killing him in the desert. She had no other options, bad friends so she made less than smart choices.
      That mom isn’t selfish; she fought for her daughter.
      Side note: I bet you $100 that MIL made the mom out to be evil and never allowed their granddaughter to go visit the mom in prison or write notes.

      I mean long story short.. he got free but since he didnt know where to do he seem to went up on a hill (the picture they show in this video) and "died to the elements"
      My head translates that to "he got free and thought he should go up on the highground to see where the next road or city is, while the better idea would've been to stick to the road and hope that he 50/50 on going more away or going hack to the main highway. What would've helped him even more would be to know some of the stars in the night, because just by knowing how to find the north star he would've had a way higher chance to survive.
      The biggest question in the end is.... how much light was there from the moon and could he be able to find the sideroad for the 50/50 chance or not.

Which really doesn't help as something like 99% of "serious" missing persons cases after 72 hours are either unsolved, or the victim is found dead. However, I don't understand how they don't immediately treat this seriously after seeing multiple blood spots in 2 different rooms

    Kelly strikes me as a very good liar. She almost had me believing that the father was a pervert and his mother was a psycho, in hindsight of everything that happened it's obvious she made up those allegations about the dad and she manipulated Frank into committing the murder. Nonetheless, Frank chose to basically torture the guy to death by leaving him out in the desert like that so he may actually be the more evil of the two.

Frank is a POS and Kelley is obv very dumb/shady hanging around guys like Frank. But yeah, I see this as a case of a woman wanna start in new life with her child, and the childfathers parents, Debbie, intervened. And at that point David was the puppet and Debbie was pulling the strings. The results were her dead son, multiple people in prison and a child growing up without knowing her real parents and the real story. Sad.

    • @jaymiller6009
      @jaymiller6009 5 месяцев назад +5

      100% correct. Even though narcissism is a fairly rare disorder, somehow every woman out there will tell men that every one of their ex boyfriends were ALL narcissists. On top of that, it is remarkably common for women to claim that their ex’s were ab-usive.
      Whenever I hear the ab-use claims from women now, I ask them what the police had to say about it. In my experience, this question always results in a look of confusion. Well if the guy actually did what they’re claiming, then it’s only common sense that she would contact the police over it. Of course the police were never contacted. Remember, if a woman tells you that all of her previous 7 boyfriends all mistreated her, what do you suppose she’s going to tell people about YOU when/if you break up???
      My post might sound like victim shaming; it is not. My post is about how ridiculously common it is for women to paint their ex’s in the most horrible ways possible; including false accusations.
      When asked about what things they might have done wrong in previous relationships, the response is that they were always the perfect partner who never, ever did anything wrong or made any mistakes of any kind; EVEN when the woman cheated!! “Well, it’s not MY fault he made me cheat on him!! If he would have shown me more attention, I wouldn’t have been FORCED to cheat on him!!” Btw, yes I actually had a woman tell me that

Ppl got so hung up on her talking about her kid, that’s why they didn’t hear all the stuff she said that made no sense. She talks about them getting along but it’s the parents in the way, and blah blah blah, yet later brings up him touching his daughter, excuse me but I wouldn’t be talking so nice about the person I believe touched my kid, she was talking about them wanting to be with each other, but he lives with his parents and they wouldn’t allow her there, she only brings up the allegations of touching when the detectives start harder on her and she’s being backed into a corner, now she wants to make him look bad to take the focus off her. That’s why you know it’s a lie and he didn’t touch his daughter, that’s only brought in when he files for custody and she knows he’s going to win. I guarantee she had a drug problem, she looks very different from that photo of her and David. She was definitely not mother of the yr, for the father to get full custody there is something with her we aren’t being told. She never says anything about herself, just all David and his parents.

      Thank you someone else who catches her saying one thing and a second later contradicting what she just said, so many ppl saying she’s a good liar and I’m like wait, we’re you listening to anything she said or you just heard her talking about wanting to be a mom and it was so believable that’s all you heard.

    Whenever a det. says "just so ya know, you don't have to be here the door's right there", you should never just sit there like this woman did. Get up, get out, and get a lawyer...

      People are so afraid that, by ending the interview and procuring a lawyer, they will make the police suspicious... well, that may be true, but if you're sitting in front of a detective, it's too late-- they suspect you already. You cannot outsmart a cop if you're guilty; if you're innocent, you may end up convincing them you're guilty.

      I’ve seen plenty of interrogations where this is said and the perp tries to leave or make excuses to leave and the detectives always come up with reasons why they can’t, or just straight up deny them.

    It’s always interesting to see interrogators walk right up to the “we can help” line and stop. “We can work through this” is such an empty statement.

    It really doesn't seem fair that Frank got 75 years while Kelly only got 35. At least he thought he was punishing a pedo and didn't intend to kill him.
    What a horrible tragedy.

      Bc the cops immediately made their minds up that the only crime was a son stealing from his parents. How wrong they were. Law enforcement has WAY too much power and WAY too little accountability.

      Yeah, they can get all agitated sometimes. I was trying to help a rookie cop once and he was freaking out, I had to kind of gently deescalate for him because he was really about to lose his shit. Thankfully he didn’t get too crazy about it but he was acting really ridiculous at first and clearly didn’t know how to handle the person he was arresting.
