Hi, quick note that may help someone. The user interface is different depending on area you're located in. For example in Asian countries, the Buying Type is actually inside one of the objectives. So you click Traffic or Reach, then it'll let you choose Buying type inside the 1st layer.
Hi Ben, someone in the FB group mentioned that since the new update with iOS users not being included in retargeting and historic data and with DTE being automatically switched on that it now seems that the pixel is collecting data right from the beginning now. Is this true? Thank you.
Would the reach buying option work better for a page like campaign to warm up your page with the worldwide audience? Or would you still recommend the auction option?

Yep spot on - I actually have a video coming out about this.
Lower quality prospects are a big chunk of Facebook traffic. I also have much better results using Auction. Thanks for the share!

what if i choose reach & frequency, but in a specific narrow targeting? will facebook still throw us to low closable prospects?

The Facebook Pixel always collected data right from the beginning. Those changes don't make any difference to that :)

No we've tested that and auction still performs best.

Not effectively from our testing I'm afraid. We've found better results using the reach objective with the auction buying type when we've tested it.

Facebook is working really hard on tracking and trying a whole bunch of stuff. I'm not surprised to hear the accuracy improve :)

How is this possible to get sales from $10 campaign?
$10 in total or per day? In total I would say it's almost certainly not worth it.

That is the case in some ad accounts. Facebook gives some tools to advertisers that it doesn't give to others.
