Is there absolutely any way we can get more information on how you completed this swap????? Ive been trying to find more information on how to swap the fa20 heads onto the 24 to keep the same harness. I've seen online that the engine bolts in exactly the same with the same mounts. subscribing for more. I know im not the only one digging through the internet for info
Where can I find the build list for this? I pre-ordered the GR86 kit, and I'm just wondering how you managed 514 to the wheels. Also am very interested in how you installed the FA20 heads. Thank you!
Awesome result guys 😁. Been waiting to see more updates with this car. So this is a 2.4 Turbo block with 2.0 N/A heads? Red line looks like it is close to 8k too? Am I correct in assuming it's a de-stroked setup like the old 2.3 destroked EJ setup? Because this is exactly what I am trying to find for my WRX project. I would love to do a destroked 2.4 FA, twin charge with Harrop SC on the WRX.
@@section8118 It’s not destroked they are running a dry sump oil system if you watch the video you can see crank shaft driving the external oil pump/ dry sump system and with upgraded valves, and valve springs. the upgraded oiling system you don’t have to worry about oil starvation or loss of oil pressure which was the most limiting factor on FA motors as far as being able to rev them high . You can also get rocker arm retainer clips from a company in Australia . FA motors have a interference fit rocker arm that is held together only by valve spring pressure so if you get valve float your rocker arm can just fall off into the valve cover or into the exhaust cam and tare up your motor. Stronger springs will help keep the rocker in place to a higher rpm but if springs fail only retainer clips will hold the rocker arm from falling out of place
Is there any way to increase the supercharger whine? Call me stupid, but that sound is the one thing drawing me to the sprintex over Harrop, even though Harrop makes 30% more power with less boost 😅
I have the tvs1320 on my gt86... running of the shelf tune.... honestly I'm stranded here in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and Harrop distributer is terrible and I have no support to fine tune or troubleshooting my setup... a bummer indeed.
200 HP PER LITRE...... That is just NUTS guys.
The Ascent needs this level of power.
happy to be the 86th 👍! This is exciting news, I cant wait to see the finished kit for the 2022+ GR86 & BRZ!

I hope harrop replies to this. I've been looking into doing something similar and would love to hear how they did it.

Now I imagine an FA24D with a stroker kit to 2.5L, a Harrop supercharger with a big turbo in a compound boost setup...
Are those fender flares a @HarropTV product?
Is that a dry sump setup I spy in there? Is there more info available on that?
what over fenders are those?

Will there be a Harrop dry sump kit fo tha FA24?

Dont Abu Dhabi have lots of tuners?
@@JH-jo9wt Abu Dhabi is in the UAE, I'm residing in Saudi Arabia
Hello Kareem
Please email sales@harrop.com.au and we will do our best to help you, we have dealers in Riyadh who can assist with tuning.
Thank you
I live in Jeddah and was thinking of this setup later on, I hope it goes well with your tuning.
Did the motor bolt in line the stock motor?
What work was needed to bolt the fa24 block with the fa20 heads?
Good question
What is the compression ratio ?
The g-force meter is vertically inverted. It was really confusing me for a second 🤣
