Make aloe vera drink with. It's delicious. Clean the leaves. Cut the sides of the aloe leaf, submerge in water for a few minutes. Extract the gel part. Then add water, sugar, a pinch of salt, juice of a lime or lemon and water and blend. You don't have to strain it. And there you go. It's super refreshing when served cold and has plenty of antioxidants and vitamins good for your body. It helps with gastritis too. You can add spearmint or any other mint when serving too. Enjoy!
