I thank the lord that he gave me birth in Uttarakhand. I visited Vrindavan but the Himalayas stole my heart. Even in dreams mountains, tigers, green forests and Lord Shiva call me to the Himalayas. And I am very thankful to the Lord Siva. I'm not going to leave this place. 🤫🤭❤

When will you come to Badrinath. Badrinath is temple dedicated to LORD Vishnu.🙏🙏
This road used to be the only route to Badrinath and Kedaranath in ancient time. Not only Babas but all pilgrims used to walk for months in order to reach Badrinath/Kedaranath. On this route you'll find many places with 'Chatti' suffix, like Garudchatti, Mohanchatti, Mahadevchatti, Phoolchatti, Hanumanchatti etc. A 'Chatti' is the place where pilgrims used to get food and shelter in the night.

@@vikasverma8185 You have to cross the Ganges from Mahadevchatti suspension bridge and then take left. Mahadevchatti is approx 3Km away from Kaudiyala, towards Devprayag.

@@vikasverma8185 The first pit stop used to be Satyanarayan mandir which is approx 20 km from Haridwar on NH 58. Pilgrims used to cross the Ganges from Laxman Jhula. After taking various stopovers as Garudchatti, Phoolchatti, Mohanchatti etc, they used to reach Badrinath/Kedarnath Dham. This old route is along the Ganges/Alaknanda river. When you travel on NH 58, towards badrinath, you can see a trail going along the river on the other bank of Ganges/Alaknanda.

I was shocked to see how organised, hardworking and intelligent (sharp) my German friends were in Paris. Germans are known for their order, discipline and creativity. If I had the authority,I would give these holy and picturesque places in India to some Germans to handle as a caretaker.

Well I'd say their corrupt and warmongering LEADERS were responsible for WW2, not the ordinary people.
In general, people JUST follow leaders, for better or for worse, is it not?
Overseas Indians in Europe, Americas, Australia, Japan, Dubai, et al are the most law-abiding, very conscientious and even cleaner than the locals. It is the lack of civic sense, lazy public servants and poor hygiene inside India which has made people disorganized and tolerate filthy surroundings.

There should be proper tourism plans or brochure for Hindu pilgrims, I mean i went to Rishikesh twice but hardly ever found a place like this, I went same old crowdy places. When i see vloggers, it puts me to shame, being an Indian, i didnt even know few of these places actually existed.

I think you should have contacted Uttrakhand State Tourist Office & asked them to suggest names of isolated, adventure- trekking locations further up north from Rishikesh towards Devaprayag ( confluence of Alakananda & Bhagirathi rivers...) .....perhaps, you should also have checked if there was a Tourist information office in Rishikesh.....which is likely.
If so, you could specify your preference for a stay in a cottage located in a mounteneous terrain .

The most breathtaking parts of the video is clearly wherever human footprint is minimum and wilderness is allowed to reign - a visitor feels very special - even spiritual - in such places. Hope the resorts would not groom the natural wilderness too much to make their settings less rugged just for more luxury. The ancient spirit of "Wild Himalaya" (3:33) is felt beautifully in the stunning waterfall, which no organized bathroom can capture.
