You are welcome.. would love your feedback on how they turned out if you try these? Also this method works for really all glutenfree flours... i use the exact same method for water chestnut flour, cassava flour, rice flour or any other gf flour! Cheers 🥂
Delicious, I ate them one at a time out of the pan. Too good! The last one I cooked up like a biscuit with the last of the dough. Completely different texture, but also delicious.
Hi thanks for the detailed recipe! We tried it and it came very good. Just a question can we keep the mixed left over kneaded flour in the fridge and if yes for how many days? Thanks and best regards!😊

Thats amazing. So glad it came out good. In my experience instead of keeping the dough its better to keep the roti in the freezer after vaccum packing it. The dough is good in the fridge for 18-24 hours only. Hope this helps
I truly appreciate your reply ma’am! Trying to get out of gluten as I believe millets like sorghum are far healthier! I hope I’m right in believing that. I loved the way you enjoyed yourself and took pride in making this bread!
Leave it on for a good 2 minutes atleast on a med high flame… it should be good to go… even if the first one doesnt turn out as desired i promise the subsequent ones definitely will… hope this helps ☺️
Hello I am going to try this for the first time to add variety to the diet. Few questions- 1- Can I refrigerate leftover kneaded atta and still have soft rotis? Does it have to be room temperature while rolling to get best results. 2-Does leftover rotis keep soft when refrigerated? Thanks

Hello, thank you for your comment. Here are some answers- you can refrigerate the leftover kneaded atta in the fridge upto 24hours. Make sure its wrapped in plastic wrap. When you remove refrigerated atta let it come to room temp & use slight warm water sprinkles to make it soft again. 2. I generally vaccum freeze the rotis and then remove them out and let it come to room temp before eating… maybe also heat them on the skillet a lil bit. Hope this helps.
How to store the flatbread please? Outside of the fridge?

Hi there, it will be best if you can vacuum pack & store them. If not outside they will last until next morning. They dont stay so well outside or refrigerated too.
When it fluffs up, it looks like a New Mexican Sopapilla ready to stuff! Yay!
