  • Super Moist Banana Bread Recipe
    Ingredients:
    - 12 super ripe bananas, mashed
    - 8 large eggs
    - 2 cups white or light brown sugar
    - 2 cups milk
    - 4 tablespoons vanilla extract
    - 6 cups all-purpose flour
    - 1 tablespoon salt
    - 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg (optional)
    - 4 tablespoons baking powder
    - 4 tablespoons baking soda
    - 2 cups melted unsalted butter
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
    3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, nutmeg (if using), baking powder, and baking soda.
    4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
    5. Pour in the melted butter and mix until the batter is smooth.
    6. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
    7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
