The plastic pop up heads up, like on my aunt's Mazda 2 ha ha? Horrible SUV, drinks more petrol, causes more damage to roads (heavier) and is 7cm shorter than the hatch. It's nonsense to say it's planted, it's higher than the hatch. Feels like being on top floor of bus. The saloon 3 is the sweet spot in the trio, as less thirsty than hatch and looks better. But everyone will flock to CX30 cos looks like offroader with big plastic wheel trims. You'll get stuck in the mud if you try it tho 😅 Ridiculous unnecessary car, of slight help to OAPS sliding into car cos bad hips and NHS waiting lists. Buy a 3 saloon, it looks boss, massive boot for golf clubs and if you're OAP and knacker hips, NHS will have to act at A & E if they're that bad.
Clearly haven't watched the review, the HUD is projected onto the windscreen, the e-skyactiv-G and X engines are very fuel efficient, especially considering their size. It's 2cm taller than the saloon, not 7 cm shorter, and only 5% heavier (which when you take into account every other vehicle on the road (all EVs, hybrids, larger SUVs, lorries))means nothing. There is also no mention of off roading anywhere in the marketing material nor is there any systems in the car that allude to it such has HDC, or a modifiable differential in the 4WD variant. Idk if you've been hurt or something but this just comes across as childish.
CX-30 has comparable if not better off-road performance than everything in it's class..... Also yeah, it's a lifted Mazda 3, so it has sporty sedan characteristics? Lots of reasons to get it over a 3 if you have the need. Also AWD. You come off a bit uneducated on this.
@zaprodex are you serious? 4WD isn't a feature reserved for off road vehicles, alot of super cars have 4WD, you don't see them doing off road. And yes, I know it's a raised mazda3 but mazda as a brand leans into more sporty designs for their vehicles so that's not a surprise either. Finally, every review I've watched says it isn't an off road vehicle despite its stature and design, most cross backs aren't so even using this as a comparison point is telling that you're looking for the wrong features for your vehicle. Overall it's an SUV design of a lower riding hatchback which is what the current market is leaning into, not because it has good off road performance. Unrelated point, my argument was centred around OPs complete disregard for the efficiency of the engine, design of the facelifted interior, and cabin size... the off road comment was an aside and didn't really need a response, let alone from someone who wasn't OP
@@JB-ys5bfyou clearly haven't looked at the fuel figures. The slippery saloon is the most fuel efficient, followed by the hatch, last is the CX30. Fact.
Good review 👍
Always, always the top of the range. Most people can't afford the top of the range one and would prefer the affordable one.
