I’m am very self aware, I fit all the signs. I didn't know I was self-aware!? that's lovely, so interesting. My daughter who suffers with anxiety and depression (just as I did as a young person till I was 25) she must be too, though of course she takes all the positives and makes them negative (mainly about herself), knowing her weaknesses and dwelling on them instead of growing from knowing them, thinking of her behaviours and dwell on what "she didn't do right" and not what she did well, concentrating on her past behaviours not being able to navigate from doing them again. Listening to her friends and taking on their ideas instead of just listening and knowing they are distructive, being too "patient" with friends so snap when too many people use/abuse her. Being empathetic but taking on that persons issues and feeling there issues too much. Taking on her failures, believeing she can't grow from them. never showing off her art! She's really good. I can't wait to enlighten her about this (in the most loving way) to help her grow. Thank you so much for making this video, I'm positive this will help many more people :)
Self-dreariness is not a binary thing. There is no YES, I am self-aware worth considering. Instead, I see it as a lifelong process of discovery and growth. I frequently ask people, "Would you rather be the person you are today or the person you were 10 or 20 years ago?" Seems that nobody wants to be the person they were instead of the person they have become. I suspect that what we seem to value is the awareness of our own growth over time, and hence how our self-awareness has led to more and more self-acceptance.
I hate being so self-aware, that I think about thoughts I have been thinking... I wish I would be as oblivious as most people are "usually extroverts or normies". Over time it slowly developed into mild social anxiety. I guess its time to go to talk to someone psychologist
Talk to myself all the time, lol. Then I often wonder if there is an entity that is speaking through me because there are concepts and ideas that are so profound, and when I try to remember the conversation, I forget everything. Even journaling would help, but not everything can be remembered. I want to just hit the record button when ever I open my mouth, lol.
I think being self-aware doesn’t really necessarily mean that you can manage your time or journal, I think there are some people who are very self aware who cannot express their own ideas because they want to listen to others first before expressing their owns because, personally I think that putting other people’s ideas first and their creative mindsets, you can like create suggestions and create cohesion to their ideas so that it’ll be executed well. I think I’m very self aware and I feel really different to my friends and family, they don’t see what I see, they don’t know what I actually feel, people around me they say they think before they act but in general some people do lack the empathy, they don’t see it in a perspective and understanding as what I see in other people. There’s a difference between self-control and self-awareness, the journal and time management is being in self control and the rest are being self-awarness, I think being self-aware is more on the use of empathy and how you think about what you do to yourself and in others but not in the general things in life such as journaling as an example.

Thank you so much
I love these videos, they help me improve as a person so much!
Saw the first sign:you choose your words wisely
Im self aware
I don't think so
I am semi self aware. I do about 6 out of the 10 things but I see we’re I can improve.
Thank you for this work.❤
Glad to know that I literally do all of these without thinking about it
Trust me, quarantine made me reflects all of the mistakes i ever made and become a better person.
In other words, you grew cause of quarantine OO

I talk to my dog when walking her. It helps me develop patience and acceptance.
Being self-aware is such an amazing feeling. I feel more connected to those around me and its easier for me to connect with new people. Take the time to meditate and be still at least once a day, best practice. Have a great day if you read this!
I don’t think I’m a self aware person 😅
Why do you feel that way?
I’m aware of my weaknesses-cough procrastination- and yet I still procrastinate HAHAH
I am happy to watch that I can see that just didn't think of that
My counselor called me “very self-aware” but I’ve never looked at myself that way. I’ve always thought I was just a very self conscious over-thinker.
I can' say that i am fully self aware but i can state i am in the journey . 😇
Can't
1. You choose your words wisely: Yes, sometimes too much 😅😅😅
2. You arent afraid of new ideas: No, they are realy good ideas that I didn´t expected
3. You manage your time well: Hahahaha🤣🤣🤣🤣 what a good joke. Definetly, NO
4. You journal: I tried. I can´t. I always forget doing. 😅😅😅
5. You practice pactiente: yes, probabli
6. You use your empathy: yes, sometimes too much, I think...
7. You accept your failures: ... Normaly, but sometimes, no...
8. You are humble: I think yes...
9. You ask for feedback: Totaly, yes
10. You talk to yourself: Uff, I thougt that I was getting crazy or something... But, I normaly talk to my self in my mind... ¿That isn´t bad, no? My sister divides her in "diferent people" normaly in three: Hes commun sense, her inteligence and her stupity.
Ironically being too self-aware has hurt me in the long run, I need to just let myself go and stop obsessing over my flaws and every little word and action.
9 out of 10. Not journaling. 🙂🙏💞
We need a video on what to do if someone breaks up with you-
No not for me-
The whole tym, whenever i watch her videos i used to be more lost in the cute cartoons either than listening what's the background lady is saying. Those are extremely cute..😘😘i do loved them a lot.
Just recently, I started having some of these signs. I think I am really self-aware.
what are you guys talking about my self-awareness makes me not about to even go shopping without overthinking everything about anything
Great Video!!
That made me feel good about myself ☺️ My dad always told me these things but I never believed him 🌚
I think the reason I'm so self aware is because I talk to myself 😸 almost pretty much my hole life without noticing, I guess it's a really good trait.😁
Remember to notice the present moment's experience without judging or reacting...notice as if a friend just showed up to a gathering at your home.
1. Be careful with words
Yeah I'm very careful about my words to the point I avoid speaking altogether
I'm glad that I have these traits ❤️
Being self-aware. The real version of woke. Full autonomy with the difficulty of finding purpose, but the freedom to be the most human.
Great helpful video 👏 👏
If you have the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.

uhg... that one hurts since it strikes exactly one of my greatest problems... I'm AWARE of all those things... yet I somehow am unable to act accordingly... I'm AWARE of WHAT I struggle with (at least most of it) but I can't figure out WHY... I do reflect on things that happened, things I did, and so on... but I was (almost) NEVER able to LEARN FROM it and do things better the next times... it's depressing... I know all the Problems... I see them... I even Know ways to work on them... but I never managed to DO it... and that's the same thing again right there... I'm AWARE of that problem... but I don't know WHY it is that way and... well... I never managed to make ANY progress towards fixing this issue...
(silent call for help... *insert sad Fox face here*)
O gooshhh!!!! Your voice is so calm and perfect ! I love it and I love you❤️ have a good day mate🥺🙏
Certainly more self aware than I used to be. There's always room for improvement. Unfortunately I have a metric butt-ton of room for improvement
1. I do but, I don't have to talk a lot.
2. I don't have to because I don't care
3. I manage time better alone.
*4. I have to.*
5. I have patience.
6. Only for myself.
7. I only apologize when necessary
8. I can be.
9. No. I don't like feedback
10. I do talk to myself.
Out of the blue, this is if there's one thing I would like to experience in life, it's solitary tranquility.
I think before I speak... kind of, I overthinking so hard that I end up saying nothing and that's probably why I don't have friends at uni. Who wants to be friends with a person that can't speak and stays away to not feel judged for not knowing what to say?
I considered myself self aware until I watched this video.
Wait, I choose my words wisely for this comment, YES!
I love this channel and over the years it has given me more knowledge about our own nature as human beings😊I do like how they are emphasized with cute cartoons to go with topic👍🏻the biggest problem with most people these days is those political persons who lack complete self awareness by making a mockery of a politician who's a leader by saying tons of nasty unethical things about a disabled elderly man with special needs like a bunch of school yard bullies😐I've read books by Robert Greene that's changed my life as I've went from a deep narcissist before my stroke to the smart empath I am today😊keep making these informative videos about mental health and personality disorders that we all have or had💯😊
I do at least 6 of these
Thank God because I really want to be someone who is self aware
yay! new upload!
I only relate to 6,7 and 8.
So then, I’m actually self aware. Thanks for this video!
I hate being so self-aware, that I think about thoughts I have been thinking... I wish I would be as oblivious as most people are "usually extroverts or normies". Over time it slowly developed into mild social anxiety. I guess its time to go to talk to someone psychologist
Thank you for this video. This helped me and I will return back to this one.
Thanks for making psychology and mental health accesible to us🌸.Please give me a ❤️
Talk to myself all the time, lol. Then I often wonder if there is an entity that is speaking through me because there are concepts and ideas that are so profound, and when I try to remember the conversation, I forget everything. Even journaling would help, but not everything can be remembered. I want to just hit the record button when ever I open my mouth, lol.
It’s my birthday when this video been uploaded. Thanks a lot. Could be a good birthday present to myself.
Happy Birthday!! 🎂 Hope your wishes come true
Your voice is so soothing
This video showed me that I became more self-aware but I have some things to work on! Thx
idk if someone feel the same as I do but I/we need a video on what to do if you're in love with someone who doesn't know you exist-- aaa this feelings
8 of these I relate to/ do, perhaps I am a self aware person!
Hi!
LillyEerie greetings!
Yeah i am
I love your channel and your voice is so soothing .
