At 0:37 you displayed yourself as a half Swedish and half American, but you are wrong, because the word "American" is not a race but its a nationality. America is a place where of all races live, but it is highly controlled and dominated by Anglo-Saxon, Irish, German, Ashkenazi Jews, Black-Negro, and Hispanics of Central and South America due to their heavy population or heavy influence over American economy, politics, media, educational system, military industrial complex, police, and intelligence agencies. So, I strongly believe that your father is a White-American, but the question is that what his European ethnicity is. So, you might wanna ask your father about his European ethnicity. So, for example if your father is originally Irish then you should say 'I am half Swedish and half Irish-American.'
As a crew, those scratches are inevitable. And are mainly caused by passengers rather than the airline personnel. People dragging their bags in and out each day will surely cause scratches. 3 months is a long time considering the number of passengers and flights each day.
Yes then as others airlines you cover them up no? Do not find excuse for not repairing/covering/fixing no matter how you call it, these scratches. For the price you paid, you do not deserve these no matter who made them.
@@arnokfw If you want perfection buy your own Gulfstream. New ones are a mere 50-80 million. Or you can fly business class and exist in the real world where no matter how hard people try imperfection exists.
The best thing about the amenity kit: the pen! Most other airlines forget about that. That pen will be way more useful than any cosmetic product you may encounter...in my opinion, of course.
In Zurich airport on some check-in desks you can get free pan independently from your class. This is like the most useful thing on check-in, I am really using those pens, it is really useful. But the best amenity I had in air was Qatar Airways pajamas. It is still in use after 7 years. The quality is outstanding.

I love AF. I flew from LAX to CDG few years ago, and it was one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. The cabin crew was extremely friendly, the meal was so good. Would definitely fly with them again.
As someone who regularly uses Boston Logan, it is always nice seeing Boston Harbor when landing. One of the only downsides of Logan is that it is either a lot of walking post-security, or you have to exit security to take a bus to another terminal. It would be nice if they had a post-security shuttle.
Hi Dan, you should restart your series of the aviation industry that you did during lockdown. The videos mostly did really well and I feel uploading them along with your trip reports will bring more variety to the channel and gain more views.
This makes me feel better about Air France having changed on me a couple of upcoming CDG layovers from only 1 hour to now being several hours. I had been feeling somewhat unhappy that they increased the length of my travel time, but from this review it sounds like what I had booked would have been stressful to make in time. Thanks, Dan!
I flat out love them. Their meals were very great, their seats were spacious in economy, and i had a blast during my 8 hour flight from Washington to Paris.
I am so glad I found your channel. You are so kind and very relaxing to watch. I suffer from PTSD and your videos calm my anxiety. I feel like I am right there with you and your partner. Your videos are more than you know. Annie
I feel as if Air France were smaller, they’d have a much more consistent product. My observation with airlines like AF and LH are that they want to offer an amazing product but are spread too thin operationally with soaring costs but still try to project an aspirational image despite all that. I could be totally wrong though. Still, AF doesn’t seem too bad.. I’m a FF with Air Canada and AF is more consistant with their lounges and onboard product. AC needs serious help with their lounge product. They literally serve the same food all the time and the amenities are a joke if we compare it to AF!
Being the flag bearer, French government will never allow it to be small. But you do have a point, the size reduction you are suggesting would force them to address some of the blatant issues currently cropping their overall service. They have lots to improve.
Dude I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one with 6am flight anxiety. It is almost so bad I can't sleep the night before. I almost would rather take a redeye than a 6am flight Keep up cool videos!
KLM and Lufthansa always have early departs from Scandinavia to cater for their big guys long hauls out of Frankfurt, Munich or Amsterdam. You could always fly down the day before!
I’ve been flying AF for more than 30 years and it is always the same thing: between those 3 variables, Aircraft/Equipment, onboard service “choreography”/meals, and crew effectiveness/friendliness, they always only master 2 of the 3, rarely the 3 at the same time.

I last flew Air France from New York to Paris in 1993…in coach of all places ha. And let me tell you what, it was an amazing experience never to be duplicated in these modern times. The food just kept coming the entire flight; it was crazy. We had smoked salmon with crème fraîche and all of the accoutrement, coq au vin, duck and foie gras…and they passed around this massive basket of bread and we could take as much as we wanted. Love their butter cheese selections and pear liquor Next time try it I’ve been with them four times so far, the staff always suffers from mode swings and almost all passengers are walking on eggshells Lots of time you can tell the staff don’t get along
lol this video is hilarious, love your puns. And the cliché paris music makes me love my own airport even more (where i obviously never had a transfer). So I'm an Air France FF and I think that you should keep trying with AF. Give it time, they will warm up to you. But also every population expects different service. I'm French and I actually think the french FAs talk to me too much, from hitting on me to asking me what the names of my stuffed animals are lol.
All together a fair and good review. The Business class product has gained on consistency , elegance , and food selection is creative French gastronomy is well represented
LOL I can't believe that fox was out there totally unfazed by the plane going past! This was really helpful, thanks. I'm considering AF business for a Paris trip I'm taking. Even though its not as fancy as Le Premier or a middle eastern line if my choice is this or an American legacy carrier across the atlantic, I'm taking this.
Thank you, Dan. I was underwhelmed by my trip with Air France to Morocco on our group trip (not mentioning my luggage fiasco). Luckily, Air France made up for my horrible experience on the way back to the US with a wonderful crew and service. I really appreciate your reviews!
Boy if you hate long taxis you should avoid O'Hare (but as a native Chicagoan, please don't avoid O'Hare!). The southernmost and northernmost runways, 10R and 9L/27R, have 15-20 minute taxis to the terminal, depending on traffic load and weather. But then, as the FAA said, better a 20 minute taxi than a 60 minute holding pattern. O'Hare does tie with Atlanta for most annual ops (or at least it did before the great panic of 2020)
I was flying business with Air France 10 years ago, twice to NYC and back, once more to Singapore and back. Charles de Gaulle was already very bad. I observe that they have worsened. The seat were flat but with 5 degrees slope so I spent all the nights struggling not to end up against the bottom end. The wine and food were always very good. Since them I’ve managed to avoid their hub so unfortunately can’t confirm whether Air France itself has improved.

I love all of your videos. I plan to travel like this one day soon. I’m taking notes.
What a super aggressive landing at Boston 😂
0:25 quirky Nonstop dan with the "Baston"
Love their butter cheese selections and pear liquor
Next time try it
I’ve been with them four times so far, the staff always suffers from mode swings and almost all passengers are walking on eggshells
Lots of time you can tell the staff don’t get along
lol this video is hilarious, love your puns.
The Business class product has gained on consistency , elegance , and food selection is creative
French gastronomy is well represented
LOL I can't believe that fox was out there totally unfazed by the plane going past! This was really helpful, thanks. I'm considering AF business for a Paris trip I'm taking. Even though its not as fancy as Le Premier or a middle eastern line if my choice is this or an American legacy carrier across the atlantic, I'm taking this.
Delta is good long haul.
That fox was pretty close to becoming fod.
Thank you, Dan. I was underwhelmed by my trip with Air France to Morocco on our group trip (not mentioning my luggage fiasco). Luckily, Air France made up for my horrible experience on the way back to the US with a wonderful crew and service. I really appreciate your reviews!
Yeah, that was BAD! Glad the way back was better. Great to hear from you James🙏
Air France has made a new and improved business class seat I think you should try it out and review that one!
great video dan, keep the content up!
What a great and honest review.
O'Hare does tie with Atlanta for most annual ops (or at least it did before the great panic of 2020)
Great video Nonstop Dan!!! Keep up the great work!!!
The worst for connection is Heathrow. Not saying is anywhere good, but there is worst.
we say le wifi and no la Wi-Fi 😂😂
I haven’t seen your vlogs in a while. So happy to that you shared your experience and I appreciate your critique. Regards to Oscar. Stay well. 👍🙏😎
Im just new here. Its been fun seeing your travel videos dan. Makes me feel like im traveling to. This covid sucks.
Dan it has been so long since you took a flight on the chariot of the student,
Ryanair. Each time I see you on their flights I laugh
I fly Ryanair all the time, I just don't make videos about it😂
I was flying business with Air France 10 years ago, twice to NYC and back, once more to Singapore and back.
