there’s a live performance in a recording room of about 6 or 7 songs from the earlier aot soundtrack on youtube i think it’s called ‘attack on titan [emu] suite’, it’s amazing ! 🔥
The ost’s for the previous seasons are epic, but this one in particular takes the cake in my opinion. This one’s just got that absolute dramatic, epic feeling, whereas most of the others have an air of mystery or sadness, this one just makes me want to march into battle in a suit of golden armor
The older ones had the themes of the drive to fight, uncovering mysteries, for freedom of humanity etc. The new ones are the result of uncovering the mysteries and acting accordingly. So basically, the scouts know why their humanity suffered for so long. Eren knew why and they are acting accordingly to receive their freedom. Meanwhile, Marley is receiving the attack which they had sent towards paradis years ago. Newer osts have the theme of revenge, drama and the final yearning for freedom in my opinion. I hope i cooked something with my own opinion here, lol.
@@Beyond1904 you’re take is hot off the grill, totally agree with you. I kind of revoke my statement about the 4th season’s osts being my favorite, I was caught up in the moment. I can’t play favorites. But yeah, the previous soundtracks sound more like anthems and ballads of freedom; they’re more flowy and less in-your-face dramatic. A lot of them sound a lot less dark compared to the new ones (pardon my lack of finesse I am not a musician lol). The fourth season soundtrack is heavier, darker, some of the songs sound like terrifying marches into battle instead of anthems. Dreams of freedom vs the harsh reality of life.
Gotta say I'd love your kind of reaction to the actual show. You really seem to pay attention to the small details which is absolutely necessary for Attack On Titan. If that's not your style though I've definitely got a few AoT osts to reccomend, although I can only remember the ones from the newer seasons as its been a while. Ashes on the fire Footsteps of doom Splinter wolf 3 of my favourites
Reading that someone already mentioned it, Ill second that you totally should watch "Hiroyuki Sawano Attack on Titan Emu project". He's the composer for seasons 1-3 and... collaborated? I guess in some tracks for the final season part 2. That video is a studio performance of some of the best tracks and in my opinion is a must for those who love the show or music in general (: Great reaction by the way! I'll subscribe waiting for more AOT reactions! And if by any chance you're considering watching the show, be careful with the music videos you look for, there're massive spoilers in the ones that has more views (the ones that sadly new reactors/viewers choose)
I'm a long time Attack on Titan fan and I can honestly say this show's got one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard in my life, the way the composers mix in the synths along with orchestral music and choir is something out of this world, I swear! I'm also a big fan of classical music by itself and this score in particular reminds me of some early 20th century Russian waltz, like if I didn't know where this is from I would probably think it's one of Shostakovich or Khachaturian's pieces that's been remastered with some added electronic music (And yeah, I understand that it mostly got a lot to do with the 3/4 tempo, which is usually considered a "Waltz tempo" 😊). Any way, subscribed and really looking forward to you reacting to some other big ost's from AoT, like "Ashes on the Fire" and "Counterattack Mankind" for example. ^^
This is a derivative of the Ashes On The Fire main theme, most likely is background music in some episodes as I don't remember it by itself. The Rumbling by Sim is the AoT most viewed theme. Please, do that one
I was wondering if you could give Ado [singer] a listen to even if its off screen, it doesn't have to be a video! I'm just really curious about what you'd think of her music, she's been getting a lot of backlash from people but I think her music is great! Love your reaction videos, keep up the good work !
attack on titan or hiroyuki sawano has extremely good ost's and it would be a good idea to check them out i like to recommend Bleach ost's and Openings from Jojos Bizzare andventure
I recommend Persona 5 OST whims of fate, colors flying high, axe to grind or rivers in the desert, either way you can't go wrong with Persona music trust
The whole soundtrack fits perfectly into the anime, it's 100% justified, every note
Ikrrrr
Season 4 OST is so underrated, I love how more dramatic/grounded is compared to Season 1-3 more fantastical OST
Couldn’t agree with you more.
Pre timeskip OSTs are consistently better. But some OSTs in s4 like that one, are sometimes better than the ones pre timeskip
Kohta Yamamoto is a peak musician and he is sooooo good when it comes to drama
I love Sawano work, its one of my favorite composers, but Yamamoto's work in season 4 is just too much, its a fucking genius

The most majestic OST in AOT so far...

React to Attack on Titan suite
It got so many good OSTs
a lot of people don't notice that the ost "footsteps of doom" is hidden in this track
Many of the songs such as have reoccurring themes within the pieces which I think is really amazing.
Ashes on the fire please.
React to the rumbling song from season 4
The aot is epic ost and op . Ending song the best anime all time and story line
WHEN REACTION FOR AOT FIRST EPISODE ? trust me it's gonna be the best thing you'll ever watch
Then again, if you watch AoT, you will compare EVERYTHING to AoT after. It almost ruins everything else because it’s so good.
Please react to 'Ashes on the Fire' of AOT. pleasee
