The wild Imaginary West's mines remind me a lot of Tremors 4 - even though it's the fourth in a franchise of monster movies, it's a very imaginative and well done story about how a small western mining town would handle being besieged by subterranean monsters. As a kid watching the miners being hunted by unseen monsters behind the dirt walls always terrified me uniquely

If you mix Ultramarine Blue and Burnt Umber you'll get what's called "chromatic black". It often reads as a deeper black than ivory black and you can control it's warmth, allowing you to have "cool" or "warm" shadows. I'd be curious to see how it compares to the special black paints.

Fantastic build, as always. I love it. One of the great things about Bolas Spiders is that their end-of-line glue blobs are baited with pheromones to attract specific species of moths. They're not strictly ambush predators, instead actively luring their prey to them. I'd be curious to see how or if this ability translates in the WIW.
If/when the treasure hunters reach that barrel, will it be exactly as they first perceived it? What made them think there would be treasure inside? Is it even really there at all?
