All new Genesis G90 Long Wheel Base Model - the Ultimate Luxury Sedan from Hyundai!

- Do you remember the Hyundai Genesis? That was quite some time ago. Now, we have the Genesis Brand working as the premium brand for the Hyundai Motor Group. A few weeks ago, we have shown you the all new Genesis G90 that starts around $71K USD (direct conversion) and I thought that was a great sedan. But today, we have the all new Genesis G90 Long Wheel Base model that starts around $131K USD. When Genesis says long wheelbase model, they mean 7.5inches longer wheelbase compared to a regular one, which is significantly longer compared to a regular G90. Genesis also has added a 48V Hybrid system, increased turbo size, and have added an electric supercharger. So, today let me show you what the best out of Genesis and the whole Hyundai Group can give you.

Most people fail to realize that the shorter wheelbase G90 is as big as the long wheelbase MB S-class. This long wheelbase model G90 is the size of MB Maybach.

@@shamerzaihan8638 the biggest issue where the G90 has is that the car has unfortunately no V8 TT under the hood, the V6 TT is Ok but only for a base engine in this class.

I am a Bentley flying spur 2013 owner and went today to buy this G90. It’s really amazing and high tech but It failed to impress me more than my old Bentley flying spur. The Bentley just feels different, like on another complete level

If you're like me you wont car for them cruise ships until you see one get up & go in traffic
SWB G90 is equal to LWB S class. LWB is equal to Maybach in length. It gets pretty tricky too drive. Keep that in mind.

I just got a GV80 5 days ago. Matte gray with big black 22" wheels. Only 500 made. Although not this long wheel base G90 it drives like a dream. Cool vid

Honestly, I like what genesis is doing so far, especially with the G90. Overall it's a solid car, but i still miss the v8 lol. The only thing im rly anxious to see is any new model g70 or g80. But who knows when thatll be. Great video once again

You cannot imagine how happy I am that you are finally presenting the long version of the Genesis G90, especially since we will probably not be able to get it here in Germany after all, because Mr. Peter Schreyer, Mr. Luc Donckerwolke and Mr. Albert Biermann are afraid, which I don't understand, to bring the car to Germany here in a short and in a long version, namely as a V8 engine and not as a V6, 3.5 turbo engine. Thank you for this great and very long video. THANK YOU. In particular, only the 5.0 liter V8 engine belongs solely in the short and in the long version, because Mercedes even uses a V12 engine in the brand new Mercedes S-Class Maybach. With the G90 LWB, Genesis was able to show exactly that you can build almost the same thing for many thousands of euros less and with much better service in terms of FULL GUARANTEE and personal assistant manager. The Genesis G90 LWB in particular would be a very advantageous image carrier for Genesis and would boost Genesis sales here in Germany, since I would be one of the first Genesis G90 LWB buyers in Germany to buy such a Genesis G90 LWB.

The car would look much better from the side if the chrome B pillar was blacked out. The remaining chrome trim surrounding the front and rear windows would have a much better flow.

I love all that chrome. I don't understand how anyone can think Chrome looks cheap. I think it looks classier than just plain black metal gloss. This one is the first G90 I noticed with this extra chrome on it & I love it.
Really believe they need to bring the V8 back. I bought a 2018 G80 with the V8 back in October of '20 and its the best car I ever owned. Great review as always, love your content!!

Genesis is definitely making a strong impact and offering better features than competitors under and over 100k, but the electric hybrid, turbo with electric supercharger is undesirable because they will definitely fail at some point and cost huge amounts of money to replace, while not really making the car very fast by current standards. Turbo or supercharger alone should have been tuned to be enough

This is such a sexy car - I have a 2019 Genesis G90 5.0 and I love it.... the one criticism I have is that it looks so vanilla. When I used to drive a Camaro, I would have people complimenting me on the car all the time. In the 2 years I have had the Genesis.... I'm still waiting for someone to notice it. The only question I have ever got was when somebody didn't know what brand it was. The Genesis brand is still relatively rare in Canada (Toronto), and I don't think I have ever seen another G90 on the road.
The 2023 version is drop dead gorgeous - I would legitimately take it over an A8, S-Class or 7 series, just on looks alone. It oozes class and gives off some serious Aston Martin vibes. The $120K+ USD asking price for the LWB is starting to creep up there... I hope Genesis doesn't go the Lexus route. Introduce value oriented luxury line, but gradually increase the price until it is on par with its German rivals.
Really hope that this comes to North America soon.

Just found out the prices for the 2023 G90...Price jumps to $88,000 for the Standard wheelbase 3.5TT, and $98,000 3.5TT with "electric supercharging"
