    Very significant progress here. Watching you points out some of what I did wrong yesterday. You are standing up straighter and making a point to look up and not down, something I saw myself doing a lot on video. I also notice your natural riding position is with both knees slightly inward, keeping good contact with the wheel for control. With my normal forward riding stance my legs hardly touch the sides of the bot at all. I think with riding backwards I need to adjust my stance so there is less slop between my legs and the wheel as it allowed the wheel to drop into extreme angles too easily which leads to things like falling on your face. :)

      Wait until you see Day 5 video :-) What's really working for me is to push off from the back of my truck, standing straight, relaxed arms, and slightly bent knees. And I agree, at least while creating the muscle memories, keep a slight grip on the wheel. 15 minutes a day every day sees great progress (for me anyway).
