Black64 that’s funny because I make fun of all the guys with wheels that stick out 6” so ugly and so bad in so many ways from alignment to extra stress on the whole drivetrain, to poor off road performance, such a stupid trend.
I got all of my parts from CJC they are amazing. The backcountry kit is top notch. Best part is the faster you go the better it gets. If I ever get rid of my ram 3500 the next truck will also get a Carli.
Did I hear a scrape? Hey man when you said “that” did you mean the radius arms? I’m glad you like it. I am talking with Dan at Carli and I am working on getting the 4.5 backcountry on my 2020 Platinum. Then the 37s go on!
I’m surprised you didn’t do this simple install at your shop. I would look into the front sway bar, huge noticeable difference. Definitely worth it. Also would get both upper and lower stabilizers and adjust the pressure in both to make it drive straight. You want pressure applied both ways on the steering when you hit pot holes or bumps. That way the steering tightness feels the same both ways.
elcontrastador from my experience, I have an 18’ but basically same truck, I went with 4.10 on 37’s. If I was Eddie, and only towed with the truck like he does, I would go 4.30.
@@ColoradoGunfighter Yeah, I've got the '19 2500 (non-HO) and will be toying a toy-hauler. Does anyone know how much changing the gearing is to 4.10 or 4.30 for 4x4 2500?
Looks pretty darn good, I’d have to figure something out with the tire rub situation. But over all it looks awesome, especially with those meaty tires.
Last year I took my 05 Cummins and put every Carli part they make for it on it. Night and day difference. Carli is NOT a lift kit. It's a Suspension kit. Eddie get the soft rate torsion bar if they make it for your truck yet. Huge difference. Sure 10k could get you a lot more lift and tire but your not gonna get the ride quality. Carli for life.
i have your truck in the dually, the back is a rough rider, if i took that dip in my truck there would be major "puckerage" i wish i had the big cash to do this mod, my wife drives it to work each day, what a drag
Would you recommend 4:10's for running 35's and towing a 16000 lbs. 5th wheel, but using as a commuter truck? I don't want to have to regear later. These trucks have so much power maybe it's not necessary to go 4:10s?
I just bought a 3500 limited 4x4 crew cab just wanted to know how much was the lift and can you still tow a fifth wheel with it after the lift is installed...?
Looks like you got some Shaqs instead of Jordan’s . Truck looks good just not a fan of the XDs . Methods or forces would’ve been clean . Maybe those are just temporary shoes
Even my BDS kit with the normal fox 2.0 shocks made the ride better on my 2500. Do you have any rubbing with those 37s? I went 35 on a level, but wondering if I can trim enough to fit 37s
Truck looks good. Let’s race mega vs mega :))) I’m curious why they would say the tires and stabilizer would make it pull to the right. The shock on the bottom is an oil shock not a gas shock so it has no rod pressure. The tires I don’t see how it would make it pull either. Caster is the reason for a pull typically. So I’d have to strongly disagree with the statement that was made.
The Toyo MT tires have a native pull to them because of the tread pattern and lug shape. We recommend a Carli high mount stabilizer for those tires because with the high mount orientation, it perfectly fights the pull of the Toyo MT tires. For tires like Ridge Grapplers or Toyo RT's, a low mount stabilizer does the trick. We also adjusted the caster on this truck to account for the tires too. We do hundreds of these trucks a year and have learned a few tricks along the way!
You where in my hood. Next time you come you need to try Tacos Jaliscos #2 and get a wet burrito. Amazing. Anyways we need to race. Have a deleted Duramax. Lol.
Hey what did they do for the Speedo calibration. I have a 2013 that originally came with 17" factory wheels and I purchased a set of 20's from a new Long Horn and now my Speedo is off by 3 mph at 70. What can I do?
Beautiful build Eddie. Classy, not overdone, and you can actually pull heavy with it. Great job
Looks Awesome Eddie ! Just bought a 2019 2500 2 weeks ago. 1st diesel and I love it !
So you still love it ? Any problems
Rims are SIC man........ I love how those tires dont have all that crazy offset. Great job!
I put the pintop 3.5 with kings on my 19 dually. Unreal lift. I did the leaf spring replacement with factory air assist (airbags) handles load great
Eddie. My man. Your taste in trucks is the perfect mix of old school and new school. Super clean as always. Keep up the sick videos!!!
Love it Eddie. Finally someone leaves the offset reasonable. Very similar to my F350 and my buddies all joke my truck skipped leg day at the gym lol.
Black64 that’s funny because I make fun of all the guys with wheels that stick out 6” so ugly and so bad in so many ways from alignment to extra stress on the whole drivetrain, to poor off road performance, such a stupid trend.
haha i look at it as its your truck do what makes you happy
You are one of the few youtubers who has good taste. The truck looks amazing. I love the rim tires and lift, perfect ratio.
I loved how clear it was that these guys didn’t want to oversell you. That’s how you earn a customer for life right there
Welcome to that luxury Carli ride...IMHO, well worth the money! Pay once, cry once lol...Can't wait to see it around town!
I got all of my parts from CJC they are amazing. The backcountry kit is top notch. Best part is the faster you go the better it gets. If I ever get rid of my ram 3500 the next truck will also get a Carli.
I have the same setup on mine. 17 3500 37s and I still can’t get over the ride quality
Did I hear a scrape? Hey man when you said “that” did you mean the radius arms? I’m glad you like it. I am talking with Dan at Carli and I am working on getting the 4.5 backcountry on my 2020 Platinum. Then the 37s go on!
Love the sound of that Truck.
I never seen new tires that shinny before.
By far one of your best vids. Truck looks amazing!!! Eddies life For Life!!
Cjc shipped me a kit to canada. Excellent to deal with. Waiting on the high mount stabilizer aswell as sway bar. Hope they are out soon.
Thuren fab makes a king steering stabilizer that you can adjust the pressure to compensate for road crown or the tire pattern pull.
Looking so damn good! Good to see an actual functional setup on RUclips!
Those 20 inch rims on the 37s
yes sir
r you going to regearing?
I wish Cjc had a shop in Spokane Washington
Right place to get suspension done and great suspension.
I have never seen Eddie so quiet. Well done sir. Awesome lift and set up. Totally leaning towards doing Carli on my 12 Mega Cab Cummins.
Incredible what a set of wheels and tires and some suspension can do.
That Ram is just SO BAD ASS!!!! Wow!!!
A leveled ram on 35s with 18s and Thuren 2.5 kings rides like a Caddy.
That looks awesome! Have been considering driving down to cali from oregon to have them do my lift when i get a new truck.
Looks way better!! Heard some rubbing when u did a u turn...
already fixed that thats another thing that CJC checks for on the test drive
CLEAN! Eddie leave those rims they look great
Super clean. I'd take this anyday over a Ryan Mayer lime mess.
Looks great! Just something about the rams when they are lifted so much better than stock!
CJC is one of the best! great vid
CJC is an awesome company to deal with.
Eddie how tall is your truck now with the lift and tires?
9:48 *RUB A DUB DUB* 😱
Yeah big deal, a little trim trim trim and its gone...
I heard it too
Its nice to see how you baby to vehicles..
Congratulations! The day finally came. You’ve been waiting a bit. So what was your first impression of 37’s and the stock 3:73 gear ratio?
so far i am really liking it but i am going to hook it up to the ding ding and test it out
I need the answer to this question, big time!
elcontrastador from my experience, I have an 18’ but basically same truck, I went with 4.10 on 37’s. If I was Eddie, and only towed with the truck like he does, I would go 4.30.
You don't need really deep gears that truck has plenty hp & torque 373 is good if 40 or 42s and under 300 ft torque yeah deep gears are needed
@@ColoradoGunfighter Yeah, I've got the '19 2500 (non-HO) and will be toying a toy-hauler. Does anyone know how much changing the gearing is to 4.10 or 4.30 for 4x4 2500?
They did some great work the place you took it to him and the truck looks so much better it came out nice super clean looking
Those rims look amazing hope you decide to stay with them
Truck looks amazing with the lift. Wheel and tire combination is also amazing.
Easy fix for the steering stabilizer pulling with the tires. Get dual steering stabilizers
The rammer be lookin good now boyy! You should get a couple things color matched on your grill and she would be dialed!
Thats next
Looks pretty darn good, I’d have to figure something out with the tire rub situation. But over all it looks awesome, especially with those meaty tires.
CJC already fixed the tire Rub
Do you think it would be to high for a fith wheel camper now?
Do you fell like you lost a lot of power with the 37s?
Would 35s look bad?
It looks awesome. I think I think I would want some 20x10s to get a little more offset.
Thanks for another good video.
The Ram looks great Eddie.
Tasteful is the word that comes to mind...well done.
Looks killer. Love the offset on the wheels. Looks like an actual truck that you can actually use. instead of an oversized Remote control truck.
hahaha
Last year I took my 05 Cummins and put every Carli part they make for it on it. Night and day difference. Carli is NOT a lift kit. It's a Suspension kit. i will ask and see if i can get that thanks man
I just bought a 2020 3500. Can't take my eyes of it.
That is the best looking 5th gen I've ever seen also if had that truck I would drive in til the wheels fell off.
came out great good luck with the new truck
You should swap the front grille for a longhorn one if you are going to paint match it
We have the same rear set-up however I went with BDS on the front, but I love the look of your truck.its a Gem of a monster!
God damn they got a big boy working there.
Best lookin ram i have ever seen.
Thanks man
Clean your nose now 😂
Max Sanchez lol
i have your truck in the dually, the back is a rough rider, if i took that dip in my truck there would be major "puckerage" i wish i had the big cash to do this mod, my wife drives it to work each day, what a drag
Coming together well!!! Cant wait to see the color matching
If you don’t mind sharing what was the total cost of this ? How much do they add for labor , compared to just parts online
Very clean buddy. We have a 3500 dually.
Congrats Eddie looks amazing 😉 if it was mine I would black out RAM emblems
What size tires are you running? Any trimming needed? Spacers? Offset?
Looks awesome dude. Been following them on IG for a while and they seem like some of the best in the biz. I'm jealous
Looks good but I bet it would look even better with 35’s
Eddie looks mad the other guy got to speak so much. LOL
That lift with rims and tires looks great 👍🏼
Bad Ass Ram! Eddie is KING of San Diego once again. #TheBigDog
Dang Eddie should’ve upgraded those wheels buddy they look like they’re from 2010
your should watch the rim video and you will understand why i had to use these
you should white/black out your head and tail lights itd look dope asf with those black rims
I have been eagerly waiting for this video...
I wrote this comment before watching...
🙌🙌🙌
She’s lookin’ good!!! Love the wheels and tire - offset - can’t stand those ghetto rims that stick way out
Alexander ok boomer
1cent just stay out of the dirt😜
@1cent the 80s called and want their rims back
I have tried 6 places and non will put a lift on my 2021 Ram Limited Im so pissed. they said its not available. ? WTF please help
Looks awesome man!! Loving all the videos you post man!
How does the ride quality compare to your old Duramax Denali? Better, worse, or similar with the Carli suspension?
Bro your truck looks so dope!!!!
So is this the same height as your old duramax? or is it taller or shorter?
it looks about the same
The Rammer looks just perfect now bud.

i would yes go with 4.10s it tows amazing
I like that look, I'm not a big fan of tires sticking way out.
@1cent it's my opinion
I just bought a 3500 limited 4x4 crew cab just wanted to know how much was the lift and can you still tow a fifth wheel with it after the lift is installed...?

yes these are temporary
That's Bellflower, not Long Beach. Looks good 👍.
Even my BDS kit with the normal fox 2.0 shocks made the ride better on my 2500. Do you have any rubbing with those 37s? I went 35 on a level, but wondering if I can trim enough to fit 37s
no they trimmed a little bit and fixed the rubbing
Truck looks good. Let’s race mega vs mega :)))

How much does a set up like this cost ? I tow a lot but I want a lift and not affect my towing
That looks so good, its exactly what I want to do to my 2500. What is the width/offset on your wheels? And are your tires 12.50 or 13.5 wide?
37x13.50x20 with a 20x9 and +18 offset
@@EddieLife3500 So if you had gone with 12.5 no trimming would have been required?
She turned out GREAT brotha!!
You where in my hood. Next time you come you need to try Tacos Jaliscos #2 and get a wet burrito. Amazing. Anyways we need to race. Have a deleted Duramax. Lol.
I'm not a truck guy, but that's wicked nice.
Sweet I’m like 15 mins from them I’ll be hitting them up
Beautiful truck brother. What’s the size specs on the wheels?
I remain faithful to you old dirty max but this thing is a beauty can't wait for the tow test.
Eddie: THIS IS A HUGE DIP!!!!
Me: 90mph over bare rail road tracks
hahaha your crazy man
Eddie's Life I mean, it’s more like 70 but still
Now THAT'S what a truck should look like.
Looks really good Eddie! You look into adding the Carli torsion away bar?
yes once they come out i will
How much did those cost you with install? Update on the ride quality?
What exhaust is on that truck? It sounds sweet and also did you do a delete?
Hey what did they do for the Speedo calibration. I have a 2013 that originally came with 17" factory wheels and I purchased a set of 20's from a new Long Horn and now my Speedo is off by 3 mph at 70. What can I do?
Hypertech makes a machine to fix that
Hi did you measure from the ground to the bottom of your wheel well above your tire before and after lift?
Heard some rubbing, hate that. I put a level kit on mine with 35s and i get the same from time to time.
CJC fixed that for me
What style XD rims are those? Liking them a lot! The truck just looks awesome in general!
Thanks! Truck looks Fn awesome now. 👍
Wow... great looking truck my friend! 👍 Looking forward to seeing what else you do with it!
