I wish you had a shop in Arizona or opened one here. I’m a service manager and ex Technician. Would be a dream to work with y’all. Keep up the great work. You guys are the best...👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Thanks for all the great information. I can't wait for my build to begin. The Carli Pintop systems are 6-8 months out. I ordered mine over two months ago. My Cummins 2500 Megacab was ordered in January and will be here by the end of May. Tired of waiting.
Sadly this is just the state of the world right now. Everything from appliances to sinks are facing long lead times due to materials and labor shortages. Everyone is doing their best, but we're excited to see things get back to normal! That said, the longest lead times on Carli through us are about 4 and a half months. Most systems ship well before that!
Which leveling kits on your website can be installed on a 202 Ram 2500 Hemi? Some of the information on your site is conflicting. Some are labeled diesel only, some are not but in the description, it says diesel only.
2 questions: 1-Can you fit 37x13.50’s with the leveling kit as long as you have +18 offset and trim as required? 2-When installing these kits with the adjustable track bar, do y’all install the suspension components first then the track bar afterwards? Or do you install the track bar first then the suspension?
You can definitely fit 37/13.5s with the right wheel specs and a little trimming! As for install, we like to do the track bar with the coils and shocks out of the truck.
Can I order the fox Reservoir shock 3 inch with the 3 inch front spring and 1 inch rear spring can I run that for a while as a set up and add to that or do I have to buy a complete kit
The Carli 2.5" coils are too tall for a stock air ride rear truck, so we use different .5" coils instead. Shoot us an email and we can get you set up! Sales@cjcoffroad.com
soooo awesome!! building up a Carli from you guys now! I'm concerned about the King res shock LINE to the res. it is rubber and in the wheel well a lot of action happens!!!! is there a braided option or another way to protect that line?? I know there is an option to protect the res... I'm more worried about the rubber line because all my close friends tell me I'm hard on equipment!! :) :P
We promise it’s a non-issue! Some of our shop rigs have been to hell and back in the dirt and we’ve never seen a hose failure from ours or any customer truck!
How would this system compare to a back country kit with rear add a packs for a 2020 3500 long bed. I am trying to decide between the best balance of off-road performance without giving up too much of the towing capacity of the truck as I tow 15K LB toy hauler about 10% of the time with the rig.
The full 3” system with the add a pack will ride significantly better as the factory leaf pack is a major stumbling block for ride. Our recommendation is to do the 3” system with the full rear leaf pack and then use Firestone airbags with a daystar cradle. That way you have the best of both worlds with factory towing and the smoothest ride possible. You can also run the add a pack, but if you’re using airbags to support the load when towing, you may as well enjoy the ride of the full pack!
@@CJCOffRoad Thank you very much for the quick response. I just called and talked to Paul and changed my order that I had placed a couple days ago from the Pintop 2.5 level system to the 3" system with full rear leaf pack that you recommended above. I appreciate the help and can't wait to get it installed!
Just order the commuter kit with sway bar and steering stabilizer dont go off road enough to justify the back country or going upgrading to the reservoir shocks
I love the HD trucks white with black accents! I did just get a fully blacked out 2020 1500 though...when the lease is up maybe it’ll get a carli system 😏
It’s on their to-do list! Currently we use the Thuren Hemi coils which are specifically designed for the gas trucks. They pair great with the Carli shocks.
Dam that truck is beautiful.... hands down the best work I’ve ever seen. You guys have it down with it all.
Thank you! The real praise goes to the customer who picked the parts though!

You guys truly know how to make awesome lifted trucks. It looks perfect!
Sick truck. The best part is that the mirrors are down. Tops off the level of taste in the build.

We appreciate the support!
Need to see more RAM
(1500 preferred) 👍
Great vids, awesome build!
Clean! Just purchased a 19 3500 from the same dealership. What’s the price out the door installed for this set up?
That grill is clean. Looks like an AT4.

Man I want the longhorn interior with the limited grill and the Laramie night edition. Hate the longhorn grill
Sweet build guys killed it 👊
What are the tire pressures for front and rear? Truck looks bad to the bone!
What’s the cost for A system like that?

I need the part number for the black longhorn badged I need these for my truck !
Great video as always.

I want to see a build with the 2019+ 3500 dominator kit. And a in depth look at here the shock perches for would be sweet.
We’ll do one as soon as it becomes a production system!
CJC Off Road well it’s on the website for
Purchase........
Not yet! It’s listed as “coming soon” on Carli’s and our website.
How are you running 17in wheels? I looked at my 2021 2500 diesel and there is no way it will clear the brake calipers
Dream truck !
Getting back to work this week maybe in a few months you will be making a video of my rig lol
They don’t make suspension for the Pontiac Aztec Bruh

How much something like that cost?
Same wheels tires shocks ?? Out the door price
Here's a link to see pricing! www.cjcoffroad.com/collections/2019-ram-3500-carli-suspension-systems
Ok so it looks super clean and 37's are awesome but, how much do those 37's effect the steering?
The steering has a heavier feel in a parking lot, but aside from that the change is pretty minimal.
Wish you could get the wheels in a 20"
Very niceHow can I get this set up without coming down to southern Cal?
Just order from our website and have it installed locally!

Always happy to help!
Love the look
Perfection!
Is there a timeline on kits for the 19-20 new body style 1500’s?
We were hoping for this fall, but with everything going on in the world that date is most likely going to be pushed back to winter.
Just order the commuter kit with sway bar and steering stabilizer dont go off road enough to justify the back country or going upgrading to the reservoir shocks

Do they rub at all?
Zero rub through the entire suspension travel.
They need to do a hemi spring. Tons of hemi 2500 and 3500s out there
