Excellent resources--thank you for posting! I will be checking out some of these, and I already use Genki. I would also recommend Busuu--it is the best application for learning languages and has a free version. Busuu's Japanese complete course is quite good.

You unlock the first story in the japanese duolingo course at Level 33. So basically around N4 Level.
