hello there meanway! so you harvest by just picking off the leaves, then wash, and then you can use olive oil or any oil really.. sautés with garlic and add some sesame seeds , just a little to give it that nutty taste or steam it then add your own sauce.. many ways you can cook it, I’ll see if I can video some when I cook it
