Please keep doing videos on using what we grow, especially the herbs! I LOVED Ana showing us these recipes! I have Greek Oregano in abundance and would like to know new ways of using it.
We love thyme at our house, and cook with it often. Its essential in Caribbean cooking. A coconut milk/veggie stew, with thyme, scallions, and chili peppers is one of my all time favorite foods. It grows easy, and has some pesticide benefits as well.

I 1000% agree!! A lot of herbs are so vigorous in my garden using a tsp/tbsp here and there does nothing. I hate composting the abundance but these videos are amazing. Idk I could make my own infused oils for cooking and body care. Please keep this up!!!
Eating local honey during the year builds up resistance to seasonal allergies. Thanks for the tips and video. Pops are on my to do list. Thanks for the tutorial Ana.
Great idea. In my kitchen I put scallions with its roots in a jar with some water and just add more water as needed. If roots get slimy I rinse under filtered water but keep some of the old water in the jar. I leave most of the dried growth on as well.
