1 Tank one time I was in the lead scrapped the wall and won because Of a caution that came out do to me giving the wall a slight bump

dirt series feels kinda shit in heat. it's not worth using a wheel for tbh
On controller, I love the dirt series. In 4 I won a championship in all the series and then switched to just dirt.
They really need to show the field pitting under caution for next years game... At least we'd know if we made the wrong call or not instead of the game just simulating pit stops.
if you ever win a race in heat 5 the trophy that pans across the screen as your celebrating on your car, the trophy says heat 4 on it it’s insane how lazy they were

Relaxed cautions cars gotta be stopped if they keep going no cautions
A good way to not have a lot of random cautions is to have it on strict but put the mechanical failures to infrequent. I did a 50 lap race at Auto Club and had 1 caution with those settings
Absolutely need to put it on strict yellow. Also the reason you arent feeling loose is because you have it set on more grip during tire falloff. I mean that makes it kinda obvious why you arent loose.
Put strict but turn down the amount of engine damage for ai so there’s not so many
The channel you recommended for the setups is awesome! Cars are so stable and fast. On my Phoenix cup race Bobby Carter was unstoppable and hes now in the playoffs. Wish we could have got another driver say Brennan Poole instead of a fake one who apparently will win races

Running the tightest default in the dirt series has been doing me pretty well
Just got the news that rpm got some new sponsors so thats pretty cool
Lay off the gas a little longer going into the turns in the dirt series. when you hit the gas early you’ll just push up the track and scrub speed. Laying off longer will give you a straight shot off the corner giving you a lot more speed

Somebody else probably pointed this out already, but if you slow down the video at 19:45 you can see that it was Bowyer that spun.

U NEVER want to push out the car til the last percent. U NEED to short pit a lap earlier then the leaders because you will pick up the time in new tires.

I don’t know what your setup is but it seems as if the rear end is set up loose and the car won’t rotate causing the right rear to be overly abused, I would check the front sway bar

Just bought NH5 after spending most of my life on Thunder 03 and NASCAR 09 and am still using the controller. Was just curious if I should drop the extra money on the racing wheel? Also if so, anyone know where to get a cheap one? Thanks

I've had nascar heat since they came out. How do you scroll through the leaderboard during the race? I swear I've seen him do it before but I cant figure it out.

Strict yellows but low mechanical failures seems to work pretty decently. Relaxed yellows is too arcade for me

Please turn on strict yellows, I get that it’s not as fluent of an experience but it’s the only thing I don’t love about this series, it’s obnoxious seeing a car spin/hit the wall and everything goes as continued. Can’t get enough of the series though, really considering getting this game and a wheel because of your videos.
