Female cats will start spraying all of a sudden because of any type of unwanted change. My cat started spraying one time and I couldn’t understand why.. until I realized we had work being done out by the pool and it was loud. Once that was completed she stopped. Could be the work you are doing in the basement is stressing her out? Just a thought.

Hi Sarah, fellow cat parent here. Regardless of whether it's pee or spraying you need an enzymatic cleaner. Fizzon stain and odor remover, BUBBAS Super Strength Pet Stain and Odor Eliminator and another litter box where she's peeing. Fizzon also has a steam cleaner option so you could also try that. Cat pee has a certain protein that makes it almost impossible to remove and it reactivates with heat.
Regarding weight watchers, I totally go through phases through the year with how disciplined I am too. I love seeing your journey, but I do see how it can be hard to create content around that because it’s hard not to get too wrapped up in diet culture

Personally, I am very anti-diet culture and think all of those programs and fad diets are enforcing disordered eating. So I obviously prefer not watching a lot of explicit content about those things. However, you do you. I can always fast forward through those parts if you choose to take the opportunity. 🤷🏻♀️
I used to hate mopping too, but getting one of those steam mops changed the game. I don't have to drag a bucket around, heat the water, etc. Much easier. I'll still do a "normal" mop once in a while, but definitely prefer the steam mop
I would love to see videos about WW from a real mindset that I truly trust and not a commercial with fake reviews. I struggle a lot with my weight and WW has came across my mind for me for sure.

Hey everybody!!! Sarah you were speaking to me personally when you brought out the Bible!! I feel you with the delivery and how sometimes you need someone to deliver it to you in a certain way. And I also feel you in having to get over it, I struggle so much with that. It’s hard for me when the delivery seems off to me, even if it’s coming from a good place. I have had similar disagreements with my fiancé too. Thanks for sharing your readings today, I really needed to hear it.
I wouldn't have a problem with you doing WW and showing us or teaching different things you learn. Your always coming from a good place with gentle reminders of being mindful of your metal health when doing different things so I trust that you would do it and show it in an honest a true light

People are way too mean when it comes to weight programs. However, I think you've been honest to all your viewers about your weight and the things you've changed for you. People can come to your channel and relate! I'd be up for watching a video of the different ones you have tried and the pros/cons.
My dream is to be a homemaker but I know I’ll have to work. I’m so inspired by how much you prioritize your family’s needs while you continue to work. I hope you continue to vlog this ❤️

We used the feilaway when our cat started sparying. So stress is a big thing. The construction could be the trigger. For us, my mom was in our home on hospice care. They can sense all of that. They also make a spray I would use with the plug-in! It took about 2 weeks for him to stop, and sadly, we did need to replace our areas affected.

So weird that you brought up WW because I cancelled my membership today. I was reluctant because it is a great program but motivation is lacking. Honestly, it would be so awesome to see you do a separate channel (so that it’s separated for those who don’t want to see that weightloss content) for WW. I started WW back in 2019 and was so into it and lost 56lbs. It was during the time that Felicia was huge at sharing her recipes and journey which was super inspiring and motivating but then she went off of it and Covid hit and everything in life changed along with the motivation. I can’t speak for all but the WW weight loss community was so different before when there was an influencer out there who helped create that awesome community for encouragement and motivation. No pressure 😜 But just speaking from experience-I think it could be really fun though! You love cooking and sharing recipes and community so could be a fun venture. 🤞🏻❤️
Sarah I have always used vinegar. I know gross right, but it worked. My cats hated the smell of orange. I would put straight vinegar with orange essential oil. Maybe shampoo and try orange oil in spray bottle.
Your energy is so contagious, I love it. You're always so motivated to do different tasks and projects. My mental health is terrible and it's hard for me to be motivated to do anything, but you inspire me💜

I used weight watchers and it was the only way I was successfully able to lose a good amount of weight and I was actually EATING! I loved it! I stopped for awhile becuase it is a lot of work just cooking and tracking all the time but I will definitely do again! I recommend it to a lot of people but for some reason some people just hate it 😂

I've done weight watchers on and off but going to the meetings has never been my thing. I'm an introvert and don't feel like sharing ever. The last group I was in was a bunch of 350 lb women who would listen to the leader and ...'oh I never: snack between meals, forget to record things, eat reastaurant portions...ect. I had to quit before I said something

I have had a lot of success using intermittant fasting and recording meals on a free app. I was 269 2 years ago in August.

It doesn't hurt that I developed a gluten sensitivity and can not eat anything with wheat. I miss hoagie rolls and flour tortillas the most.

I also agree with the other comment about the work being done in the basement could be causing it. Another thing since she is doing it on an outside wall near the window is there might have been a stray cat that Crash saw outside that window (or it might have sprayed the outside which Crash can smell) or another animal started frequenting your house and Crash is establishing boundaries of like “hey this is my house yo!” I love how you handle things, I have 2 twin male cats Booch and Nitro and an English bulldog Chai and i think I would move myself out of the house if one of them started peeing or spraying where they weren’t suppose to lol Much love from Canada 🇨🇦

You talking about your brothers took me back. I am an only child but I grew with my cousin and we are only 20 days apart in age. He may as well have been my brother as close we were (and still are today tho we live in different states now). We have similar stories to what you described but the one that stands out for me to this day is him always bragging he was older as if he was the boss or it made him some kind of superior to me. Well my friend, the time has come when I am good with that!!! I am 54 yrs old and happy to say, yes he is older then me and I remind him of that every year on his birthday.. Happy Birthday Old man! neener neener! (he hates this!!! lol)
Spayed female cats usually don't spray, since she's squatting I'd say she's peeing. As for the potency; that can be due to holding it in, a UTI or the lack of scent catching litter :) Since it is under a window, there is the possibility of a potent cat marking outside and Coco reacting to it. I hope you find the cause and get her to properly use her boxes

Hi Sara, loved hanging out with you today and glad J had a great birthday. You need to try Wondercide products they are safe around people & pets plus they really work for getting rid of fruit flys. We use there products for all sorts of issues, there yard spray is awesome too for ticks, flees. Not a paid advertisement just a suggestion
So many vlogs this week I love it! I just like healthy recipes in general but honestly you could do the most boring thing and I’d probably still watch your videos 😂 I track calories to lose weight so I’m always on the hunt for more healthy recipes. I love how transparent you are and I think that’s the most important. What app do you use to listen to your bible? I grew up in church and have not read the Bible as an adult and I’m 27 now so some of the things you were saying resonated with me so maybe I should try again. I like listening to audio books because I’m able to be super productive while listening. ❤ Jay is so happy I love it. Happy birthday, Kiddo.
I use the "bible" app to listen and a few months ago I started logging onto "enduring word" as a companion to my reading and it's been super helpful because it gives you extra information about who wrote the book, what they're referring to in a certain verse, etc.

I thought for sure it was crash! 😂❤.. Also, I love the book of Proverbs! King Solomon wrote most of Proverbs. There in Chapter 4 he is showing us some primary requisites and attitudes for making progress toward maturity (just like you experienced on a personal basis). As you read and meditate on the scriptures you can grow in your knowlege of God. This will help you get to know God and also learn what he expects of us as Christians. God has a personality and feelings. As we learn more about God it draws us close to him and we develop a close friendship with him. Dont forget to pray for understanding before you begin your Bible reading. God says he is the "hearer of prayers" Psalm 65:2.😃
I'm not sure if you said the name of the water enhancers with no sugar or not but I was wondering what they are? As for losing weight I don't like the word diet because at the end of the day it is a life style and you have to find what works for you and what you can do the rest of your life. I feel we all can lose weight if we want to it's keeping it off that the problem for most.

Hi, I agree with the not wanting to track everything. I have tried all diets:) WW, keto..you name it. I decided to ask my physician about Manjaro, wegovy. Even though I qualified for those medications. My insurance doesn't cover them.. i went the compound route with semaglutide. I lost 20lbs and took 4 mobths. Slow loser. Lol. I have stalled and finally switching to the compound version of Manjaro. I am excited 😊 wonder if you thought about trying this?
You should try the zero sugar liquid ivs they are sooo much better in my opinion

Oh man, teens and social media. Gotta say, love your boundaries for your kids at their age. My 15 year old now has Snap because that’s where her friends communicate, and I let her set up an Insta to showcase her art, but she’s not allowed to post images of herself. Man, the internet can be SCARY when you’ve got kids!
I have 2 younger brothers and sometimes a just want to knock them out especially the middle one I'm 10 yrs. ana 10 days apart I'm the oldest child and my mom passed so i have to the one charge i really hate it sometimes and the middle brother are so a like we bump heads all the time. But I still love them through
