I enjoy when you speak Spanish. I’m a Mexican and my Spanish is very broken. And of course, not every Mexican uses the same words, and sometimes you teach me a word or how to say something. My mom would always correct my Spanish because I would try to solely speak to her in Spanish to have a bigger vocabulary. And I appreciate you sharing the hard times and the good times, seeing you enjoy your time with your kids and siblings and parents, as well as being goofy with LG. It’s the little special moments that count the most and mean the most. ❤

We all have good and bad days, and we are perfectly allowed to feel our feelings when they come up. What’s important is just recognizing it, and if you feel like you can do something to turn it into a better day, try! I need to remember this often.

Speaking on the people complaining that the job is hard, we went to lowes yesterday and every single person was so freaking nice and helpful. We had to load 2 showers and bases into my moms truck and like 4 or 5 people helped us, the one guy talked us through strapping the stuff down, they were amazing. I’m sorry you had complainers.

Thanks for being real with us Sarah. Sometimes we all have those days where it seems like nothing is going right and it's hard to bring yourself out of that negative headspace! I love the idea of taking 20 minutes to yourself to just regroup ❤ as a side note, I'm not one to complain or "get people in trouble" but the way those at Home Depot and the delivery duo acted was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. If you can't handle the job you signed up for then maybe find something else 🙄
Sarah- when you started talking about your struggle with having guests over, and how you stay up late to re-clean your house to perfection, etc…never in my entire life have I related to something so hard. 😳🤣 My unsolicited suggestion: create boundaries! Even with family. Maybe get a cute sign that tells people to wipe their feet before coming in, and to place their garbage in the cans. Letting all the invited kids know to not get all crazy and mess up your walls, wth?! It’s one thing to clean up after having lots of guest, but having to repaint because of scuffed/dented walls?? Nope. Tell them to chill! 😂

Hey, Love your channel. I have been following for years. So excited to see you gardening. Just a heads up the grow bags can leave a stain on your deck. Due to the water that sometimes sits at the bottom can cause mold. You can get a planter base from Lowe’s that is plastic and fairly cheap. Best wishes and happy gardening.

Girl, I feel your dirt struggle. My first year gardening I tried to do the math to get the right amount of dirt. No, I needed like three times the amount I initially thought. Four years of gardening later and I still underestimate the amount of dirt I need. Loving the vlogs!

I've visited a few countries that I did not speak the language - but anytime I tried, even if I butchered it, the 'local person' always appreciated that I tried!! And my stepdad is from MX & the times that I have visited, my family never was mean about my basic ahh Spanish either 🤣 they loved that I tried for them!!
Good morning 😊. My mom does that with the banana peels she boils water and then soaks the peel in the water and the dumps the peel and use the water to water her plants and she roast egg shells and smashes them up and puts it in the soil. Her plants are amazing. But thanks for the volg 🧡

Spanish was my first language and I lost it all going to school and being out in a English learning class which then lead too me being forbidden to speak Spanish at school. Not sure about Jewel, but our grocery store will let you choose not to take the substitutions picked in case you don't like it! I suggest asking if that's an option next time so you don't get stuck with items you don't want to eat.
I was going to ask this as well. Wal-Mart lets me reject substitutions. I can't always chose what else I want but at least I don't get things I don't want.

I know I'm late to this blog. In regards to nails try to see if you can find someone that does what's called "builder gel/hard gel" overlay on your natural nails. Or Gel-X tips to get yours to grown then the builder gel. Much easier on your natural nails.

So one set of black pots my parents bought me a couple years ago, not sure where they came from. But I did find a set of casters on Amazon that I just use underneath some other regular pots I already had.
Put a cheap plastic planter in the big planter upside down and dollar tree pool noodle around it and that will take up space so you don’t have to use as much dirt saw that on insta

I had the same situation with the two gentleman that i paid to deliver my new washer and dryer....my hook ups for them are in my basement ....i paid a good amount extra to have them taken to the basement and hooked up....they took them in the basement ,dropped them in my laundry room and left ....i posted on our community fb page for help to have them put into place and hooked up ...i found a few folks who came by to do it .i.paid them to finish the job i already paid the delivery guys to do....needless to say when i got the survey asking how my experience was ...i filled it out & let them know exactly how it was....i usually don't fill out surveys but....the fact that i pd for installation with delivery & the delivery guys were to lazy to do it ,then i had to pay other folks to do it ...annoyed me

My gram taught me that if your herbal tea is bitter it’s because the water was too hot. She said to let the water just start to form bubbles on the bottom of your pot and to not let the water come to a full boil. It works for me when I make manzanilla, so it might work for jamaica.

If you need a lot of supplies at Home Depot or Lowe’s, tell them you need bulk, you’ll get a better deal AND if you have a truck, they’ll load the whole pallet with a forklift… I expanded my garden this year and learned that.
