I did WW a little over a year ago and lost over 100 pounds. And now that I can reflect it definitely has its pros and cons. During that process I learned better eating habits by eating more lean meets and more fruits and veggies (knew they were 0 so I would eat more of them). But then I noticed I was going for a lot of non fat, sugar free, and other foods that are more on the “fake” side of things. Now I don’t do WW anymore and I only gained the weight back because I’m pregnant lol. But now I’m transitioning into eating cleaner and feel even better than I did on WW. I feel like at times I didn’t eat the cleaner foods because I knew they were higher in points. For example, I would go for PB2 because I knew it was way less points than all natural peanut butter. Or for example eating full fat Greek yogurt is awesome, but instead I would go for light and fit since I know they’re only 2 points. One last example instead of using grass fed butter, I felt stuck using spray butter since I knew that also didn’t add points. Now I know some of those foods that are a bit more processed are fine in moderation. But felt like the program made me feel stuck because I wanted to save points instead of trying to eat better whole foods. So overall I feel like WW is a good jump starter to help you become aware on better portions and eating habits, while also not restricting TOO much that you don’t feel the need to binge eat.

I lost 119 pounds on WW in 2012. Since that point I have gained it back for various issues that I made excuses for. I know that the program works, even with me gaining the weight back. The plan works. I’m not putting in work. You go girl! Sign that deal. I will watch every single video you make on WW. 😊

The thing about this little community you’ve built is that it’s full of authenticity and support because you have always led with that. At the end of the day, we don’t “know know” you, but you have our trust because you’ve never taken advantage of it and that’s apparent in everything you do. Even the fact that you’ve taken your time with the WW decision shows that. And that’s so rare!!!! So collect that coin girly, we know you’re not just going to cash in on our attention for the sake of it. And not that it’s needed, but the receipts ARE there. I got the hints of WW in old vlogs for sure -if ya know ya know the program anywhere for sure! 😂

Lol I grew up with 8 older brothers and a single mom, so we were required to go to the store with mom because we would usually fill up like 3 carts and she couldn’t push them by herself 😂😂 we used to play a game to try to guess the total before we got to the register. It usually would average around 500-800, and that was like 10 years ago. I couldn’t imagine now

I’ve never had such great energy, balanced moods, and increased focus and concentration at work than I have this year on that program. Health looks different for everyone, and I know I’m much healthier because I’m functioning through my day with energy and positivity.

I know bc I’ve been there. Also my issue was underlying thyroid issues. Everyone is different and that is why it’s ok to have different opinions bc what works for you might not work for others. But you might be helping others that will be successful with the program ❤

I’ve gained weight over the past year or so and what I usually do to loose weight or keep my weight in check just isn’t something I find I can stick to so maybe Weight Watchers might be something for me. I like that you have done the program and have experience with it.

  • @cheyennembailey

I agree, a diet can make you lose weight and still not be good for you or sustainable. I really need simplicity, I don’t like tracking, I get too obsessed. I just want to eat food that makes me feel good. I’ve tried soooo many diets and plans, but I haven’t found one that I absolutely love and stick with

It’s the same thing with any lifestyle choice that isn’t a habit.

I went back on it in 2019 and they had changed the program and I lost nothing on it. So in 2020 I had a friend from high school that offered to be a personal trainer and increased my protein intake. It took 2 years but I lost 75lbs. I have since already gained 25lbs back which really sucks. I honestly love healthy eating content its inspiring to get my butt back in gear.

I love Joseph's Pita Bread. With tuna or chicken salad, it's so good. If you like crunch, lightly toast it. I cannot stress enough the word "lightly." It can get away from you fast and it's super thin so it goes from good to burnt in mere seconds. For something sweet I've also cut them into triangles, sprayed with coconut oil and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar for pita sweet chips. Cooked them in my air fryer. Again, be careful with how long. I use the bigger Joseph's pita bread for these because I can get more out of them.

Trop 50 is just watered down orange juice! You can buy regular orange juice and mix in water and you’d be saving money and still getting the same thing

That cheesecake mix with heavy whipping cream sets up like cheesecake and tastes amazing with a couple berries on top 😊

Your home is literal goals! The people that get it get it with the weightloss content and just a life that centered around diets and calories and switching out unhealthy food options. I’d happily watch your content about WW- I might learn something new, which I would appreciate. But I totally understand if you opt against it. Other folks opinion about my health and weight is exhausting in my real life, I cannot imagine what it would be Ike with strangers online offering up unsolicited advice

I've lost just under 30 pounds in three months and it was because I got put on a low sodium diet for my kidneys. The daily recommended of 2300 mg of sodium doesn't go far when your used to not caring about it at all and I'm supposed to aim for less than that. I feel like I'm relearning to cook and eat. You do what works for you if you want to lose weight. I've heard a lot of good things about Weight watchers.
I wouldn't want to leave your back yard either , you've got everything you could want.

I love making a “gyro” in those pitas! Some grilled chicken with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and some tzatziki sauce yum! Low point on WW and such an easy lunch

I agree with your aspect of WW or any programs at all. I do it on and off, and it’s no big deal, do your thing. I’m on it again myself.

Hey girl!! .....I ALWAYS went grocery shopping with my parents!!! ❤ Now, I go grocery shopping for them....dad us an amputee, and mom just got out of the hospital this afternoon. I never knew that there are fruity raisins 😮...I don't get to shop and take my time looking around. I did WW years ago. I lost close to 60 pounds 🎉...and I still remember, oddly 😂, that 11 tater tots was 3 points 😂😅 and last year, I started zero sugar, stopped drinking mountain dew. I ONLY would drink this. ...20 years straight, NOTHING ELSE 😢...But, I lost over 50 pounds, just by doing that. I cracked up, when you said your brothers pit their heels on, to go out to bring the groceries in. I swear I heard you say heels...😂❤ I live for your vlogs. You're AWESOME ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
