Buddhism, founded in the late 6th century B.C.E. by Siddhartha Gautama, is an important religion in most of the countries of Asia. I wonder why the "Drishti IAS" has allowed this female person to give voice over(speak what is written on slides).Since she wrongly pronounces English words "ascetic" at 1:32. Same applies to chaste at 5:37. At 12:02 it is offshoot not offshot.
Please refer to Cambridge dictionary available online and learn English pronunciation of these words.
IAS aspirants will speak same pronunciation in interview board also.

Actually Buddhism if you classified "Hirayana as we called Theravada" Mahaya and Vajirayana that's Tibetan Buddhism.You are wrong here I think please correct it!
