I got an all in one via a local gal and she and her children didn't know the password for the login. I called hp and because it's an older model they were going to charge me $60. You just saved me a lot of time and money. Thank you kindly :)
I am not given an option for f11 recovery mode. I am only given F1 system information, F2 system diagnostics, F9 boot device options, F10 BIOS set up, F12 network boot. So with that being said, what should I do to restore it?

restart hp computer and reinstall windows xp
