Leggato have a prov1 challenger for £30 . I have played both . I think maybe the Tour Response is a bit shorter but I agree is nicer to hit somehow feels lighter ?
@@adrianlovett3483 what's that you mentioned? Challenger? At the moment I haven't found a ball better than the tour response for price and performance. Always open to suggestions though ✌️
Hi Lewis. I've been using the tour response a lot recently and agree with you. Good review, love the lack of trackman data. It doesn't mean that much to us mere mortals.👍
@@jimbarrie7094 thanks for for watching my friend, thanks for the kind words. I agree sometimes we get so caught up with numbers which don't actually relate to us golfers. Cheers 🙌
Nice review. The TR is definitely a great ball at an affordable price. I’d be interested to see what you think of the Srixon Q star tour. It’s a budget urethane ball at a similar price. Thanks
Thanks mate. I just can't see any ball beating it's results.. thanks for watching, unlike to do light hearted videos that people enjoy.. I could look to give that a go the srixon 👌
I like this type of review, sometimes data data data is all that’s shown. Play a few holes and just see how they feel on good and bad shots, as an average handicapper that’s all that really counts 👍
i havent ever tried them but i know the tour response would be a step up for sure as you will get more greenside spin and hold the greens rather than run off. they will feel softer too👌
I don't think my swing is consistent enough to blame the ball, I play the TM speedsoft because it feels nice and is not too expensive when I say goodbye to it after one shot 😅
I currently use the Srixon Ad333 and this works for me, it’s hard to move away from a ball when it’s all you have used ⛳️ Also how are your Geoleap grips holding up 😀
@@Fordy11895 I re gripped the other irons with geoleaps this model I currently have in the bag are new grips that I did last year and still holding up great. Champkey grips
You loose more money with the V1 when it vanishes OB😂 I have a couple of V1’s that I’ve found along the way so will compare them to my current ball being the Srixon AD333 and like yourself I never notice a big difference when comparing balls as I’m a high handicap. The biggest difference to me is off the putter
About the 100 yard shot. You hit the first shot clean and second one not very clean. Just saying that if you want to find out differences between two balls, hit more than just a one shot.
@@jannekoskinen2050 thanks for the feedback mate, will take it all on board. It was more a light-hearted test between the two, I think also this shows exactly why buying pro v1 balls is not worth it because we aren't going to hit the shots every time to get the benefits from that ball.
@@bananaball1212 😂👏👏 brilliant comment mate. I have started buying lake balls to tbh. I could always compare brand new tour response with lake ball tour response 🤷

I think it’s marketed as the best ball but at the end of the day to is a 3 piece ball the Pro V1.
Do you not like the feel of the TP5?
i have done another test comparison between tp5 and tour response.
