Nice review man! 👍 Found my first Speedsoft (blue) on the course thinking it was all dirty , LOL. I hit that thing very well afterwards and held the greens a beauty. It has a nice soft twac feel, I reckon. TaylorMade lost me as a client since they got rid of their 60 compression Burner Soft (not the AeroBurner Soft), I really loved that ball. Guess what, I think they brought it back as the Speedsoft. If I remember well the feeling, it's pretty much the same and this freaking ball goes over 300 too no hassle, so for a soft ball I'm seriously thinking of bringing it to play along the 2024 Titleist TrueFeel. PV1 and AVX are my first choice, but for the Winter season, besides my TrueFeel I thing I've found my beloved Burn Soft back 🙂

Thank you very much and thanks for watching. I really like it and is the main ball I play now. If I'm having a bad round I still play Callaway and Titleist that are in good shape that I find on the course in case I lose them, but new balls I pretty much exclusively play the speed soft. It plays like a premium ball for a budget price.

Thanks for the review. I have been finding the speed soft really long off the driver like really surprisingly long and I can’t explain it. Guess it’s not just me and I will keep playing them.

No doubt I really like them and are still good around the green. Thanks for watching

I am not surprised the Speedsoft did so well :). The last two seasons I had used the Callaway Supersoft. Taylormade Speedsoft is definitely better. I have been using them for the last couple of weeks. Speedsoft checks up well and goes a long way. They are doing extremely well in a very wide span of reviews on youtube . It's a premium ball disguised as a budget ball. At the very least its the premium ball of its price category. :). I play about 160 rounds a year. I have a nice stock of the Speedsoft. Hard to believe its actually this good but it is. Imagine a two piece ball performing like this. Wow. I always recommend to my friends to pick and play with one specific type of ball. There is a lot of differences between various balls in terms of feel, compression and distances. I have a friend who plays with whatever he finds . Hard to get any consistency that way. I will be sticking with Speedsoft for the season. Nice review Randy. Joe

Thank you and thanks for watching.....I completely agree can't tell the difference from the premium ball at all and the same cost as most budget balls. 100% spot on and is the ball I use now.

Dude unless you have a perfect strike for both, ball doesn’t matter just pick what you can afford or what you like the feel of. I buy balls from a local sports equipment store, they’re used. 75 cents a ball and I can find mostly decent brands plus a few top tier balls like a tp5, prov1 and chrome softs even. It doesn’t matter lol

100% unless your a highly skilled top level your not going to notice much at all on the course and a lot of great budget equipment out there for sure. Comes down to the player not the equipment.

To me, the only places you to notice a difference in the distance off a tee, sidespin charecteristics, and most importantly, how well does the ball stop on the green? Rest is just fluff
      Best

It wont make much difference to the average amateur but the TP5 (and any premium golf ball) will have faster ball speeds and higher spin rates coming into greens. There have been a lot of tests on it.

For sure. I think people get too caught up in the numbers that's why I focused more on the course play because a regular person isn't going to notice the difference and can get just as much out of a more affordable ball.

He needs to change his thumbnail. Looks like he’s comparing the same type of ball. Put the TP5 box on there

That's fair I didn't have a full box of tp5s for the picture but still working on getting better at the thumbnail
