Hi Sabine, yes, the Roxy sisters have great ideas, I love their work too 🌸🌸🌸
Colours together looking good, sure it will look beautiful by time you finish it xx
Thanks so much Gillian 🌸🌸🌸
Love the embroidered fabric you chose. Love the colors and it goes great with your basket. Can't wait to see your finished project.
Thank you so much 🌸
That is so very lovely. I like it. Thank you for showing it.

Thanks so much Laurie 🌼
Thats a huge project. Good for you for feeling confident enough to accomplish it. That's way over my talent level. Can't wait to see it finished. It's going to be gorgeous!! Hugs ❤
Thanks so much, I was worried about it at first, but then thought ‘why not?’ and just took the plunge 🌼🌼🌼
Beautiful fabrics❤
Thank you 🌸
Add some little purple flowers or French knots to your top piece so it all ties together. Cute project.
That’s a great idea - thanks so much 🌸🌸🌸
Sally, if you still like the flowers basket, you could stitch the purple bit in the basket in blue to match.
The embroidery for the top matches very well, great choice….. I was talking to the screen saying yes yes choose that one. Hahahah. 😂
Hi Kristy, that’s a good idea, I’d not thought to add stitches. Thanks so much 🌸
@@DottyBeeVintage your welcome.
Ohhh … look forwards to see what it looks like in the next video . I made a start with mine on Wednesday evening. I’m going with Sarah’s idea but it’s a 4+4 box . One panel done 5 more to go lol xxx
Thanks so much Pat, I look forward to seeing what you do, I’m sure it’ll be super 🌸🌸🌸
I’m very interested in seeing how you progress with this sewing box as I have a similar one which I’ve had for ages waiting to be refurbished. The insides at least. Love your choices for the top and inside. Thanks for sharing, Sally ❤
So do I
Thanks so much Elly 🌼🌼🌼
You could pad the top like a slight dome too. Would be cool!
Thanks so much Lisa, I shall have a look at it 🌸🌸🌸
Wonderful project! The embroidered piece is perfect! Love the vintage look of it all. Thanks for always inspiring, Sally ❤
Thanks so much Giusi, it means a lot 🌸🌸🌸
Totally agree with the choice of embroidery for the top!
Thanks so much Betty, that one just fits perfectly 🌼🌼🌼
This is a wonderful idea for this prompt… love the top you picked out!
Thanks so much Cathie 🌼🌼🌼
Just a suggestion, but you could interface the vintage apron fabric you showed us first. That would make it stronger.
Oh that’s a good idea 🌸
