I've got a book of poetry of Tupac about 6yrs ago the old lady I worked for told me she was dying of cancer 😭 I wrote her a Tupac poem in a card about "riding this river together".....she cried and said Jacki that's beautiful, I said and that comes from the heart of a street guy.. 😪
You can run the red lights, but read the street signs! That stayed by me for years! Glad to see someone whos taking the time to understand pac! Tupac is a legend sad we dont have artist that fight for a cause anymore. Everyone is sold out these days.
That track is sampled from "let's straighten it out" by Lattimore. Always top notch production and engineering on all tupac tracks!!! He was showing love to and using as an example snoop dogg when he said "stepping through in blue" Snoop's gang affiliation is the crips, who wear blue. Snoop was able to leave that life, like several other rappers in the day. He dissapeared then reappeared as the dogg father. You can still change things and make life better for you and your loved ones!
Wow...I recognized the beat as soon as it started but had to rewind about 3 times before my brain said "let's straighten it out"..."Latimore" ! This was a very popular track back in my day..... Greetings from Nashville Tn...USA...."70"

Agreed! The beats makes the introduction for the song. It creates the setting, the tone, and the theme the atmosphere of what is to come! Great reaction! 👍 the message here is clear. IMO heed the word of the elders and take note if "you" want to make it out of your situation because "this ain't livin" For me "step in blue" meaning he stepping in as a crips shoe or snoop doggs shoe because he's a crip. And nod to snoop dog as he is the Dogg father
"but I'd give it all up, if it'll help them grow" The beat is awesome, he did a Mike Tyson entrance song to it which is crazy good, same verse twice but it's on verge of top 20 for me just for the delivery and lyrics. Add it to the list if you do nothing else today..Road 2 Glory

But Tupac is the godfather of rap😎 and I love your reaction by the way.
2pac wrote this song for Snoop Dogg to rap for tha Dogg Father album. This is just a reference song, that's why he talks about being draped in Blue, Snoops a crip.
hey Mark , great reaction as always! :D i just want to say that once u cover a bit more of his released songs you should definitely just look up OG versions of songs , they're like 200 times better than the album versions. one of my personal favorites is Watch Ya Mouth - this is a song where he's DESTROYING people + the beat is godlike and a second recommandation would be Letter to the president ( this is a more political song )
@@brainsqueezereactions i meant generally speaking about pac's work , the OGs unreleased are a different breed. For example you've listened to the album version of Letter to my unborn child , now check this out : ruclips.net/video/pyZLDTcNR6A/видео.html&ab_channel=8uLleTpRooF and let me know what you think (video or no video on youtube up to you , but give it a try and you'll see what i mean) Edit 2 : i just remembered there's this dope ass live session with pac recording a song "Let'z fight" : ruclips.net/video/iPuwGFOmshQ/видео.html , i copied the video where the pac verse starts and if you weren't convinced by now that he's the GOAT until the end of time , just listen to 1 minute of this. Would be dope to see your reaction of it but i'll tell you now , if you wanna react to most of pac's songs you'll be here for the long run ( we're talking about years probably )
Usually the only difference between OG and another version is another producer gets to it and changes the beat in a few songs it works out better but most of the time it doesn't...Nice reaction as always !🔥 🔥 🔥
Love your work sir! You doing ya thang sir! I know you stay busy , but when you do have the extra chill time, please try to give the This ain't living album version a chance. Keep up the great reactions. Love em
I'm a fan of your 2Pac journey my friend. I made it at the right time. Got a lot of Pac for you I think you haven't heard yet. But here's a timeless one 👉 2Pac ft. Outlaws - As The World Turns
Pac was a one man music hit factory! When Pac came to death row he inspired all the death row artists to step up their work ethic because when they seen how 2pac put out 3 to 4 songs a day they were shocked! The man was about his business and didn’t ware any studio time! I don’t care what anyone says, nobody marched 2pacs work ethic in the studio! The man completed all eyez on me in weeks I believe. On top of that he even went to another level completing Makaveli In a week! Fully written in 3 days and 4 days to mix the album! A freaking week completed album! That’s insane!
the remix version is still good to me. i like em both. Youll hear some pac songs where the remix version on posthumous albums sounds better while others where ogs sound better or both are equally good.
His music is spiritual and deals and tries to help many of the problems of the world, if you really listen to it. Some are just club bangers there to make you shake ur butt at a club, but he combines all kinds of different conceps in one song, and still makes your ass dance. Only rapper who could do that.
Growing up in his era, we didn't have internet to look up lyrics...we did just like you, REWIND, REPEAT, REWIND...over and over. Fuck everyone talking shit...you keep doing what you do.
I can wait for you to react to NO MORE PAIN by 2pac .. Brace yourself literally!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥… At the end of the song listening to his adibs on how he talking to biggie and everyone who set him up.. Listening closely to the end ..
Dont worry about the "haters" thats what we call them! I love your reactions and just keep doin what your doin we love you bro. I been a 2pac fan since I was younger than ten yrs old and it warms my heart to see someone who's never heard his tracks appreciate it so much. You dissect that shit so properly as well. I can see the excitement when you catch the bar.... and its priceless!!
This ain’t livin isn’t actually a bad remix but like I said 99% of his originals are better than the remix shit and this ain’t livin falls into that 0.1% where the remix isn’t that bad… As you get further into his music and you start to come across more of his music you’ll fully understand why they should have NEVER touched/remixed his music!
Colors Red and Blue. The Crips Gang in Blue and the Bloodshot in Red . Pac tried to bring them together along with the Rappers who who is on both sides.
Hey hector been listening to the reaction videos a while keep doing your thing. I have request from the all eyes on me album. The title of the song is " run the streetz". Run the streetz
I’m I love your reactions ! I actually wait for your new videos and take my lunch break. Lol … anyways your NEED TO REAC TO “2 of America most wanted “ live @ the house of blues . Watch his energy on stage. Taco care … “ people gonna hate for what ever you do “ 2 pac.
that lyric "for jonny law tryna take my chips. I never pulled the trigger. I didn't touch that bitch" He's referring to the state trapped that was shot to death. The teen that did it claimed in court that it was Pacs music that gassed him up to do it. So the entire government went after Pac, from the police to the president.
Another Great Reaction Homie, Ok, time for barz breakdown! Pac did a multi syllable rhythm scheme for most of the song, example "We swallow tomorrow's seed, what we leave is hollow". Also, Pac did a metaphor with "This ain't living it's similar to prison were trapped, my homies is jealous plus they tell us that the phones is tapped. I watch my back 24/7, never let a busta send a G to ghetto heaven". So, he compare living on streets to prison. Where the the homies (friends) get jealous, they tell to the law, phones be tap and you have to watch your back. "It take a nation of millions" is also the name of Public Enemy album. Fun Fact: Pac wrote the song for Snoop dogg either it would have been a solo for Snoop or a collabo with Snoop. Reference lines are "Now three for Johnny Law trying take my chips, I never pull the trigger (Snoop dogg who had beat a murder case), didnt touch that bitch (Pac who was accuse of rape but wasnt convicted of it)". "Throw your hands in the air it's a robbery, its Snoop dogg, nigga Pac would you ride with me, let's see what our enemies talking about when Gs enter the house nobody's walking out". "Not a threat as I step in blue (Snoop Dogg is a Crip and Crips wear blue). "I disappeared, reappeared as the Doggfather (Doggfather was the name of Snoop 2nd album)". So, yeah Pac ghost wrote for others as while.
@@brainsqueezereactions Yeah, like the UNCONDITIONAL LOVE song was actually written fro MC HAMMER and if you get the chance Pac song I Get Around the 2nd verse was wrote by Pac
Fun fact about this song. He wrote this for him & Snoop to go back & forth (the snoop reference). He also used this beat for the Tyson fight from march of 96 (not the fight he was killed)

(I thought you'd appreciate my one sentence comment with an emoji on the end.) 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
YOU'RE 👈 ACE!!!!!!
Beautiful song! Love the background music,!
🕺🕺🕺🕺
Dont change nothing on how u do reactions ,, ur the best one that breaks Pacs words down
Wow....This Beat is the truth!... Brings back memories.
Rewind it as much as you want I’m still going to watch your reaction ✌️oh and it’s my birthday I turn 35 today and I’ve been listening to Tupac for years and I’m Australian 😅 I love Eminem, Nas, biggie, big pun, ice cube, mob deep, wutang, bone thugs, Dogg pound and naughty by nature. But Tupac is the godfather of rap😎 and I love your reaction by the way.
Thank you Jeremy!!!
Happy Born Day @Jeremy Pollard and greetings from Nashville Tn. USA..."70"...In 35 more years you will catch up with me...lol
Happy Birthday Dude 🎂 🥳
I love this dude man he is real one true spirit
Me or tupac? Both are great answers regardless 🤗😇🙌🔥
Man I love 2Pac and listen to his music since 98' but i never heard this version
Until now, thanks for that 😀
2pac pain (above the rim) you will love it 👍love ya my friend.
2pac is 2pac no one like 2pac in this world
F the haters bruh he got Twitter fingers! Keep up the work love the journey you going thru respect!
Thank u for your smarts in education 💯
man i anxiously await your videos. its like watching a series and you cant wait for the next episode.
Ha! Live this! Todays drop is a good one !!!!
2pac wrote this song for Snoop Dogg to rap for tha Dogg Father album. This is just a reference song, that's why he talks about being draped in Blue, Snoops a crip.
I don't get tired of saying it, because it's pretty amazing, but yet another Johnny J production.
hey Mark , great reaction as always!
Deffo, this one is the OG version though or did you mean keep doing them 🙌🙌🙌
@@brainsqueezereactions i meant generally speaking about pac's work , the OGs unreleased are a different breed. For example you've listened to the album version of Letter to my unborn child , now check this out : ruclips.net/video/pyZLDTcNR6A/видео.html&ab_channel=8uLleTpRooF and let me know what you think (video or no video on youtube up to you , but give it a try and you'll see what i mean)
Edit 2 : i just remembered there's this dope ass live session with pac recording a song "Let'z fight" : ruclips.net/video/iPuwGFOmshQ/видео.html , i copied the video where the pac verse starts and if you weren't convinced by now that he's the GOAT until the end of time , just listen to 1 minute of this.
Pac - Road To Glory
Chris Webby feat. Crook - Age of Empires 🤯🔥🤯🔥🙏🙏🙏
But here's a timeless one 👉
2Pac ft. Outlaws - As The World Turns
Tupac
2pac - who do you believe in
Pac was a one man music hit factory!
We love you bud
🔥🔥🔥🔥
the remix version is still good to me. i like em both. Youll hear some pac songs where the remix version on posthumous albums sounds better while others where ogs sound better or both are equally good.
Both great but the remix to me fits pac running style of rap.. i love it a lil bit mo than the og
2Pac - Reincarnation.
One of Pac's most amazing unreleased songs. this mans catalog is insane and that is why he will never die
🔥Rewind🔥
I can wait for you to react to NO MORE PAIN by 2pac .. Brace yourself literally!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥… At the end of the song listening to his adibs on how he talking to biggie and everyone who set him up.. Listening closely to the end ..
Exactly!
See you in one hour.......👀👀👀👀👀🔥🔥
Dont worry about the "haters" thats what we call them! I love your reactions and just keep doin what your doin we love you bro. I been a 2pac fan since I was younger than ten yrs old and it warms my heart to see someone who's never heard his tracks appreciate it so much. You dissect that shit so properly as well. I can see the excitement when you catch the bar.... and its priceless!!
Thank you Ben! Its just such a good feeling!
I agree the OG is better. Smoothe. Enjoyed this one. ❤
Here’s the link for world wide mob Figgaz og ruclips.net/video/A_pIJ6tOLI0/видео.html
Hey hector been listening to the reaction videos a while keep doing your thing. I have request from the all eyes on me album. The title of the song is " run the streetz".
Run the streetz
Still i rise (original)
Pac's greatest verse.
Still i rise (original)
Pac's greatest verse... *ever!* please react to it ASAP your mind will be blown
🔥 video
You should hear 2Pac hearts of men and my block they are very good my personal favorites❤️
Ha! Yes my bro!!
If rap/hip hop had a logo like the NFL, NBA, etc 2pac Shakur is that logo.
that lyric "for jonny law tryna take my chips. I never pulled the trigger. I didn't touch that bitch"
He's referring to the state trapped that was shot to death. The teen that did it claimed in court that it was Pacs music that gassed him up to do it. So the entire government went after Pac, from the police to the president.
Another classic Johnny j beat
Thats mad that he ghost wrote too!!!
@@brainsqueezereactions Yeah, like the UNCONDITIONAL LOVE song was actually written fro MC HAMMER and if you get the chance Pac song I Get Around the 2nd verse was wrote by Pac
Swallow tomorrow's seed ,so what we leave is hollow
Fun fact about this song. He wrote this for him & Snoop to go back & forth (the snoop reference). He also used this beat for the Tyson fight from march of 96 (not the fight he was killed)
We still love ya Mr Brain 😆❤️
Both OG and the "new version" that came in the album are dope and I prefer the album's one.
