- 100,000 views! Wow! 100,000 Thank you's to my viewers :-)
I flew down to Bentonville, AR (KVBT) to start training for my
complex and high performance endorsement. A friend told me
Summit Aviation in Bentonville, AR had a Cessna 182 Skylane
RG for rent so I thought why not knock out two endorsements
in one plane, I also always wanted to fly a C182RG so I called
and set up an appointment and I have to say... I LOVED IT! Its
beautiful, well maintained and its engine has been upgraded
from 235 HP to 265 HP (I've got to get me one of these ;-) ).
I was a bit intimidated flying a complex/high performance
airplane for the first time but in the end it turned out to be
a very nice flight, a wonderful plane, the wx was great
(a wee bit hot for my liking but... oh well) and I had a
great CFI to boot. I look forward to going back to finish
my complex/high performance endorsement next time
I get a chance.

watched this twice, good friendly instructor, like the instr panel,,video was really great...nice work on landings too..
Thanks for posting your flight!
Awesome video! I'll have to try this angle myself in my videos! Hope you enjoyed the C182!
i had my first lesson june 19 2016 and i can safely say i found the love of my life.
Nice flying, instructor seems like a nice chap. Good communication with you.
Nice video - thanks for sharing it
My pleasure!
I bought this exact year make and model last winter. I broke her in by flying from Virginia to Louisiana with a buddy of mine over two days. I've but a hundred hours on her since and I have to say I dearly love this airplane. She's fast when you want her to be, and slow when you want her to be. She's docile, efficient, and comfortable. I have regularly flown to Cape Cod or to Charleston, SC in 3 hours, and I just don't think I could be any happier. I highly recommend this airplane to anybody shopping.
+Charles Turner My family and I just bought one too! Same year and same 260HP conversion. I flew it from California back to her new home in Missouri with a retied USAF fighter pilot friend. Took 3 days (one day grounded with weather) and 12 flight hours. So far I've put almost 20 hours on her including ferry and loving every minute of it :-)
I really miss our 182RG
How much are they going for?
Good job, nice flight and I did the same thing when my BFR came due, I fly a 182, but wanted a retract endorsement so did it in a Mooney, knocking out two things at the same time as you did! My nephew flies out of that area!
I've flown 172s and PA-180s. I would love to fly a Skylane! Nice video.
I love your camera ! It's awesome!
Very nice video!!! :-)
That’s awesome! The C172 IMO is an outstanding trainer, and the newer models are so much nicer than the older models unless you find one that’s had some good TLC. Hope you enjoy your first flight! and don’t forget to take lot’s of pictures and video, I wish I had more pictures and video from my first flight.
I use to rent a new 182 RG back in about 1981 for $65 an hour. I loved that airplane.
That is a gorgeous panel, im jealous.
Tap the breaks before putting the gear up, and the RG's tires like to get bald spots, so don't break until you need to. The RG is a great machine
Great Flying, Great Video!
Thanks Andrew! It is a very nice plane, probably my favorite so far. I was pretty much trained from day one to fly RG's, my first CFI had me tapping the breaks after takeoff, reciting GUMPS before landing and looking out the window to visually check that the gear is down, of course, I lost some of that after years of flying fixed geared planes but it didn't take long to remember.
And thanks for the sub! I hope you'll enjoy my future uploads!
It is, I've been experimenting w/ different angles but every once in while I come back to the good old headset cam.
I flew a 182 with the G-1000 for the Civil Air Patrol for a few years. It was fixed gear but I love the 182, it is such a stable airplane and with the G-1000 the situational awareness is as awesome as any airliner in my opinion.
My local CAP squadron has a C182 w/ G1000, I've been trying to get checked out in it but I just haven't had the time yet.
I would love to be able to afford a G1000 in my 182...
My Dad would fly me around in our 1956 Cessna 182. Came across this video that reminded me of being in the air with him. Thanks for the memories and sharing this.
Your welcome Carolyn! Glad you enjoyed it!
May God keep you safe always.
Carolyn Tillinghast Thank you, and same to you also.
Your welcome! hope you enjoyed. I do love making flying videos!
Your landings were good .
I love that airport!!
The Cardinal Pilot Yeah, Summit Aviation is great! I go there for all my written's and complex training of course. You're from the Tulsa area right?
Krvs! XC here sometime!
The Cardinal Pilot KRVS nice! Been meaning to do a XC there. Did one to KTUL a few years ago, video here: ruclips.net/video/L3Bm5ZPGD90/видео.html
I'm based out of KFWB. If you're ever up that way feel free to look me up and we can talk flying over lunch (or fly somewhere to grab lunch ;-)
We have a plan!
even flying a C172 or a C182 is a lotta fun.
I'd love to fly a C210! I'm always looking at planes to buy (wishful thinking ;-) maybe someday) and no matter how many different planes I look at I always come back to the Cessna's, my favorites are the C182, C210 and C337 and I guess the C172 has a special place in my heart too ;-).
Nice video! I currently fly out of bentonville. Usually in 7AL.
Thanks! If you ever fly up to FWB let me know. Summit seems like a great outfit, I haven't been back let but I hope to eventually.
nice video... liked the camera angle and your instructor seemed like a nice guy
Thanks Brian! He sure was! I've flown w/ 9 CFI's so far and knock-on wood, I haven't had a bad one yet, the only problem I've had is keeping the same one for to long, most of them just found other jobs.
I have been fortunate that mine have been very stable. I guess you could say that you are getting the experiences of many. Have fun flying
Brian Edlin Thanks! same to you too!
Here in a few months I'm taking up a 172SP for my first flight the aircrafts number is N440FA I can't wait! :)
Greetings from the UK! I am a 67 yr old wannabee pilot with a heart problem, and accept that I will remain a 'NeverBee pilot'! ( I Doubt if I would pass the medical to fly my desktop FSX) I just want to express my appreciation for a sublime video, It is simply superb... I particularly like the fact that your camera appears to be mounted on your earphone, as it enhances my sense of 'being there'! I also enjoyed the nonchalance of your assessor. best regards! John.
Look up the A2A c182!
JOEM747 Way ahead of you! I heard about about it two weeks ago, going to get it for Christmas :-)
I have downloaded it already... and I am struggling with it, not the sims fault, just old eyes and shakey fingers.
John, so sorry I missed your original comment two months ago. Thank you so much for the kind words, I really do appreciate it. It sounds like you're are a pilot at heart and that's all that counts! Good luck with the A2A C182 and I say don't give up on the real world flying!
Yeah the one Im training in you would never think is a 2003 model looks alot older than that but still it is realy cool.
Nice video, the 182 has always been one of my favorite planes to fly, never flown an RG though. You'll enjoy flying Skylanes!. Basically they fly like a 172 but more stable and heavier in pitch especially on landing, want to make sure to hold the nose wheel off. Watching the short field takeoff, not as impressive as the fixed gear version, probably because the RG is heavier.
Hay thanks! Funny you should mention flying Skylanes, I'm actually transitioning to a Civil Air Patrol C182T right now! And I do love flying it! Hopefully I'll have some video uploaded here next week.
I purchased my 182RG in 2006 and I LOVE it. Everyone warned me that I would have gear problems when I bought it but that was untrue. I had my first gear problem this year. My plane is not a Turbo, I dont fly near thunderstorms so climbing high isnt necessary. Mine cruises at 143knots and if the doors shut it will fly. If its turbulent then top it off and its pretty solid. Ive done fair amount of IFR flying in it as well. Wouldnt trade for anything!!
+cblair0608 What kind of gear problem, if I can ask?
Any Single engine RG Cessna has gear problems lol. My Father used to own a C337 but it has the same gear as the 210 and it failed
In my case it decided it didn't want to go down all the way lmao
I have. 1967 Mercedes Benz 250 s. 24000. Mile's. Only. Clean title
Thanks Jason! It’s feels just like a heavy, fast C172, not really a whole lot of difference on controls but a lot of fun too fly! Just got’a watch out flying fast airplanes w/ big engines, they’ll get you in trouble a lot faster than a slower plane would (but sometimes it can get out of trouble a lot faster too ;-)
I owned a T182R in Canada and you did a nice job. This is a wonderful mountain airplane capable of lots of stability and forgiveness.
Thanks Dr. Wilson! I think I surprised myself lol. The next time I flew that plane it wasn't as good but I could never tell if it was me or the different CFI I was with. Do you mean a TR182 or the fixed gear turbo 182R? My family and I have owned a different R182 with Alamo 260 engine conversion for years now. I've logged 600 hours in it so far and enjoyed every minute of it (except maybe the MX bill ;-). I know why the 182's been called the best personal aircraft ever made.
@@tonytheflyer I had a 1979 turbo and retractable. I loved the plane - it was a train pulling to altitude and I would slap on the Os (plumbed oxy) and get high in the mountains. I found that when I dropped the gear, those big front gear doors acted a bit like a weather vane and would make my cross wind landings look like a high time ATP rated pilot. On those occasions when weather was marginal, could wallow around following the roads in a nice slow and responsive plane. The only plane I flew that I loved more was the cessna 206. Hope you keep enjoying flying. I have stopped flying over the last few years to engage in my other love which is racing (GT 4, GT3, and prototypes). Only so much money. LOL. Don
@@donwilsonm.d.6621 Nice! We looked at a TR182 before we bought the R182 we have now but my mechanic suggested the added expense of a turbo is unnecessary for flying in the central USA, though there are some flights I wish I had a turbo. The mountains I often navigate around where I’m at are ever changing and generally come in various shades of gray or white as cotton. A month ago, I ended up at 14k trying to top some weather and even then I had to weave in and out of some “cloud canyons.”
It actually ended up being a lot of fun! I have also noticed crosswind landings are not much of a problem in the R182. I've flown many times with 25-30 knot quartering and direct crosswinds and I always feel like I was expecting the landing to be much more challenging than it actually was. Stay safe with this COVID pandemic and thank you for your service as a Doctor in these difficult times. My Dad is also a Doctor and he hasn't been home for weeks.
@@tonytheflyer Too bad about the turbo - it is a really simple turbo and a carbureted Lycoming. The turbo produced enough heat that I do not think I ever even thought of carb icing. The only think I did was really watch my temps and spent time doing so coming out of altitude and then allowed several minutes at idle when landed to cool the turbo. One of the things I did was maintain some throttle when I dropped the gear early - you get a big blast of cool air up through those front gear doors when they opened. I was always suspicious that a low power setting and opening those doors on a cold day could shock the engine a bit. Old bush pilot friend of mine made that suggestion and never had an issue in over 700 hours.
We are staying safe up here with SARS - Cov2 and it is a challenge. Hats off to your dad (say hi from up here) and be very careful. Unfortunately this is a long haul issue and we have been agitating government since February - with no one really listening. I guess you would be socially isolated at 10000 feet just looking around LOL. My wife told me that I am in full PPE and socially isolated in my fire suit and helmet (visor down) on the track.
@@donwilsonm.d.6621 The TR182 is turbo normalized (32” MAP redline) right? I have always thought turbo normalized engines were better on maintenance than ground boosted engines cause the engine never produces more power than a normally aspirated was designed to produce at sea level but again, according to my mechanic he said turbo normalized engines still get too hot. Regardless, I still love the R182 we have now. We sometimes talk about maybe upgrading to a twin as I just got my multi rating last year but I’m not quite ready to part with this plane yet. I'll tell my Dad you said hi! Luckily he works in more rural areas so he hasn’t seen many cases so far but I think it's starting to pick up everywhere now. He’s been isolating himself from my Mom and I just to be safe and we’ve been staying home as much as possible. I did go out last weekend to fly solo. The airport was IFR so nobody else was out there, very easy to social distance when you’re the only one there ;-) I went up and got some actual instrument practice to help maintain some level of proficiency and enjoyed the sunshine on top. It's nice that we both have hobby's that are easy to socially isolate ;-)
Why not have that aircraft configured for takeoff before rolling onto the runway?
nice big huge patterns... tisk tisk
I know, I usually like to keep it tight, I measured my patterns on google earth once and there were all just over a half mile.
I've never heard of Cessna having anything less than a good gear.
Love the video. What is your camera setup (sorry if you've answered it before)
Thanks! I use the NFlightcam for all my headset cam videos, to mount it, I used one of the mounts included w/ the NFlightcam mounted right above the ear cup.
tonytheflyer I am looking at the Sony cam and will mount it the same way you have, as opposed to the GoPro where you have it on your forehead.
Hi there! great video… How do you record the audio? Regards from Chile!
Greetings from the U.S.A.! The NFlightcam has an adapter which splits the headset audio so you can still plug your headset in. One of these day I'll have to make a video explaining my cockpit cameras.
guys don't put gopro to your head, too shake
N4061T My 182 RG best plane ever, miss her.
They are great planes. I have the privilege of owning a 182 RG myself now and I love it! Just wish my mechanic would cut my maintenance bill in half ;-)
Frankenstein LOL! It does sound a lot like a drive-thru, who knows, maybe it was Frankenstein ;-)
here in pakistan one of the flaying club charges about 30000$ for commercial pilot license . with total 2000 hours flight. is it ok or not. requested to admn.................
can someone recommend the FAA books ?
Great radio cfi?!
What aren't these planes efi ?
The Wikipedia entry on the Anderson-Greenwood says it was designed by 3 people: Anderson, Greenwood and Slaughter. They decided not to use the 3rd name, because it probably wouldn't have been good for sales.
That's very interesting. Slaughter is probably only a good name to advertise if you're like a butcher or maybe an assassin or something ;-)
Is that not the true but don't miss the alternator belt, very easy to miss. nice 182 rg
LOL. GOD DAMMIT WAYNE!
Beaver lake how I miss it
You got me curious.
You mention setting the power at 25-square
All of the R182's I've flown were max governed at 2400.
What year plane were you flying?
Good question Gwen, this particular Skylane is a 1983 model year (if I remember correctly) and it's had a engine upgrade from 235HP @ 2,400 RPM to 265HP @ 2,700 RPM as well as a new 3 blade prop.
tonytheflyer
I missed the upgrade comment.
Yes, except for the -J3C5D for the R182 (and the -L3C5D for the TR182), all other members of the ()O-540 family do run to 2700 for take-off :)
Why does ATC sound like Frankenstein taking orders at a drive thur?
Sounds like it needs some TLC LOL!
I tried to get checked out in a 172 rg one time. Every-time I retracted the gear the young instructor would say no and after I put it back down he would then tell me to bring it up! I would note where he said to put it up and the next time I would delay pulling it up until that spot and he would still say no and after down then tell me to retract it. Never did tell me why. I called off the check ride after he did that 5 times!!! You had a better check ride instructor here!
Wow. That's really confusing. He couldn't just tell you exactly what you were doing that he didn't like?
He was a young instructor and did not want to be questioned. At a second airport we went to is where I called it off. You should have seen his face. He was upset that I refused any more instruction from him. He had nothing to say to me all the way back to Riverside airport!
Sounds like he was just wanting to log some more hours or he was simply a dick.
My thoughts were the same as yours. The only difference was I felt more like he was a D... ALSO.
I'll bet the turbo has better preformance, sounds like the original is about the same as this plane.
This is amazing, can i have a Soft Copy of all the instructions on how to fly this Cessna 182? Please?
+Bright Amugune What do you mean by soft copy?
Instructions on how to fly a Cessna 182
Yeah, Go to your local General Aviation airport and ask for one.....
I fly a 182T with the fixed gear, what's the cruise speed like in the 182 RG?
I'm not sure exactly, I haven't flown that plane since unfortunately but I do remember flying at around 150 KIAS @ 3,500ft so I'd say somewhere north of that cruising at higher altitudes. I'm hoping to start training in a CAP C182T next month.
Ours flyes at 154tas all day long. In cruise at 8,500 you will burn around 13.8 doing so.
is it actually that hard to understand the control tower? like it was hard for me to make out some words lol is it just the sound quality?
just the sound quality. ATC is usually extremely clear
i feel like if i flied that plane I'd forget to put the gear down on landing
Well, there are 4 others at my airport and all cruise around 140 to 148knots. Im pretty sure the rigging is fine as it flies straight as an arrow if you take your hands off the controls. We all know the book speed is at the factory with only bare minimum instruments with no interior except the pilots seat. I've never seen a plane fly at the book speed and that is common knowledge. The gap seals will increase speed 4 to 6 knots at most. Your plane performs almost like a 210, I guess your just super lucky to have the first plane to ever fly at true book speed. Where do you live?
Is that some alternator noise I hear getting into the audio system?
+Roger Olson It's the engine.
You can get something to make that whistle stop, and it's cheap. I forgot what you call it but its cheap and easy to install.
Why don't the newer Cessna 182's have retractable landing gears?
+n310ea I don't know, possibly the extra cost, added weight and the fact that the fixed gear C-182's were more popular than the RG's. Cessna stopped producing most of their GA fleet in the mid 80's due to rising liability expenses then when they resumed production in the mid 90's they brought back only their most popular models, like the C-172, C-182 and C-206 all fixed gear. It'd be cool if they did, imagine, C-182RG with G1000 :-)
My grandpa owned a Cessna 182
I think low wind fly more smooth
So what does it take to graduate from a 172 to a 182RG?
+Jake Jones Well it's best to graduate to something in between first like a Piper Arrow or C182 fixed gear but I skipped that step ;-) I would say just good training and practice, theoretically one could go from a C172 to B737 with nothing in between although the learning curve would be near vertical.
+tonytheflyer If I understand correctly, the 182RG is constant speed prop as well (complex). So other than performance difference, I think the 172 & 182 would be pretty similar. Thus, I would rather go straight to 182RG like you did. But, and that's a BIG "but", I haven't been current in over 10 years! So guess I got a lot of catchin' up to do.
+Jake Jones Yes, the C-182RG has a constant speed prop, retractable gear and flaps which makes it a complex airplane, but in addition to all that it has an engine of more than 200 HP (235 to be exact on stock C-182's but this particular aircraft has a 265 HP upgrade :-) so both complex and high performance endorsements apply. That does make it a one stop shop for complex and HP training which is why I wanted to fly it.
As far handling, being a Cessna product, it does handle very much like a fast and heavy C-172 so biggest part of transitioning is getting used to extra controls and speed. I always recommend starting small and simple and working up but if the C-182RG is your goal then go for it! Just be ready for a little extra leaning curve. Good luck with getting current and welcome back to the aviation community! Like they always say "it's like riding a bike", with wings and a lot more controls ;-) Fly safe and enjoy!
The airframes whilst extremely close between the 172 and 182 there is a marked difference in the handling. The 182 with the bigger engine is noticeably heavier in pitch during throttle changes, it is also more lively in the climb, so you have to think a bit faster to keep ahead.
The 182 excels in it's shortfield performance over the 172 due to the extra horses and higher weight.. it's less floaty on landing.
The higher horses induce more torque so rudder trim on the 182 is useful.
para la próxima, ilumina el panel por favor !!!!
for next time, illuminate the panel please !!!!
and more subtitles please, to use the bing translator.Thanks.
how much does a private pilots licence cost anyway.
+Christian Benn In general around $10,000 +/- depending on what part of the country you're in, typically more in the east and west and less in the mid-west. There's also a sport pilot certificate which usually cost around $5,000.
Does Cessna still make the retractable gear model for the 182?
Negative, unfortunately. It be nice to have the new panel layout or G1000 in a retract 182 but no such luck.
Thanks for the reply +tonytheflyer my selections for a plane I will purchase someday are:
Cessna 182
Beechcraft Bonanza
Piper Arrow
Extra 300 SC(I love aerobatics
Waco YMF-5D Biplane(aerobatics again)
Diamond DA40(may or may not but this company interests me because the control is a stick rather than a yoke)
Cirrus SR22(same thing about the controls, it's a yoke cut in half, left handed flying and right handed adjusting, just the way I like it!)
Mooney Acclaim Type S(fastest certified single engine piston plane at 242 ktas, it also gets over 1800 nautical miles)
Lucas Harper That's a long list lol! And good choices too! I used to have a long list myself and it'd change it every day ;-) These days I think I've got it narrowed it down to:
Cessna Skylane
Piper Saratoga II TC
Piper Seneca V
(2000 model year or newer and steam gauge preferred on all ;-)
Im sure you could modify an old 182 and put in the garmin display.
Sure at GREAT expense.
ok that,s a lot a smackeroos tonythe flyer.
+Christian Benn But worth every penny ;-)
Ok.
Is that squealing sound just on the video or in the aircraft as well? That'd drive me crazy.
The Lowmein For the most part it's just in the video, I've noticed it a little before especially when some is talking but it's not anywhere near as loud. I rarely ever notice it.
The squeal is alternator whine. Cessna has a noise filter for the alternator. Could be corrision on battery terminals as well. Look here: www.avweb.com/news/maint/182896-1.html
Just curious but why retract the gear with a positive rate? I'm a CFI and I Tell my students to retract the gear when they are out of usable runway.
Good question Chris, I think everyone has their preference, I hear a lot of people use “positive rate” particularly in the airlines and I hear some use “no useful runway”. I also know in some airplanes it’s best to wait to retract because drag will increase during retraction while in others it deceases steadily. I guess it could depend on the runway length too.
tonytheflyer
The reason I was taught to bring them up when you're out of useful runway just because if you have an engine failure, you still have the gear down and you're in a position to land. When I transitioned to multi engine aircraft, positive rate is when we retracted the gear. How's the 182? the 182RG is a great airplane! 155 kts is pretty impressive!
***** Singles vs. twins might make a difference but I did see in one video in a pilot flying a PA-34 said no useful runway. I do agree! I loved flying the C182RG, not sure what affect on drag the gear has in transit in the C182RG, my guess would be not much but I'm not sure.
That's what I was always told.
Keep the camera still in future videos. Don't complain about other aviators.
In minute 7:06; what's that you drinking? It doesn't look like a bottle of water.
+J. Angelsie Shhh.... it.s my whiskey flask. Don't.... no no, can't fly without it ;-) Lol! I totally can't remember what that was, I always take a bottle of water or Gatorade with me but not a square one. It's probably a protein shake, sometimes I drink those when I don't have time for anything else.
couple thousand more hours and he may let you polish the spinner
If you can buy and fly a 182..... You can clean up the sound.. Too
What job do you have to own this plane .......
It's a rental :-)
TonyTheFlyer Oh thanks :D
:-D :-D :-D
Not a bad video but the head mounted camera is kind of annoying with all the moving around.
Thanks John! It still surprises me that by far, this is my most popular video. I don't have that camera anymore and now that I have my own plane I use a ceiling mount for my GoPro and really ever use the head strap but on occasion when I do, it turns out better with video stabilization nowadays. Maybe one of these days I'll get around to editing the hundreds of hours of video I have but I've just been concerned about privacy and problems RUclips Pilots have had with the FAA.
Ya think you might wanna touch the brakes before you raise the gear...just a little finesse that you missed.
How do you know I didn't? I started learning to fly in a 1977 C172 and every time we took off the wheels would shake and rattle as they slowed down so I learned early on to tap the brakes just after lift off. Thanks for the comment John! Fly safe and have fun!
You too bubba. My instructor was an old ATP that had flown since his days in corsairs in WWII. He'd elbow me if I missed something unless I told him I was doing it on purpose.
this is an instructor that knows how to make a buck
for privete license
Get the question and answers book. To some it may sound like cheating, but it has most all the answers explained in the back. I learned more from it than any book from a school. Much easier.
dude. do you really have your fingernails painted? 18:58
Hell no! Not in a million years brotha.
Almost sounds like you know it all. Great video but you were fishing for complements and didn't take constructive criticism at all. Any time Dave would correct you you would brush off his guidance. Great flying but I'd rather fly with someone that doesn't know it all. We all can learn regardless of how long we have been flying for.
Hmm...? you may need to be more specific. I may have been too busy to say anything intelligible at the time, it may not be noticeable, but deep down that day I actually felt quite tense and a maybe even little overwhelmed. You can’t always just stop and talk about something. That’s also one of the reasons I record these videos is for my own playback value, I often watch the whole video back because I can’t always remember everything my CFI said, then I write down things to discus on the next lesson. We also talked for a while afterwards, probably about the same things you’re referring to.
Honda, everyone has their own way of learning. Personally, if I'm wrong, I question the instructor about it until he convinces me of it. If I feel like what he said agrees with what i think/know, I do exactly what tony does. "brush it off" so that I can move on to something else.
I think this learning style comes off as a "know it all" but it is very efficient for learning things.
Andrew Roberts Agreed, and like I said, sometimes it's better to talk afterwards rather than in the air with so much going on.
Thanks again for the sub!
Nice! I went up flying yesterday!
ruclips.net/video/Iv8GZet0tS8/видео.html
Thanks! I flew today! Still working on the video, maybe next week.
typical wayne...
Shit audio
Joseph todd Sounds like 3 problems, They are overdriving the input on the camera (need an attenuator and/or need to turn down the intercom volume), the alternator is putting out dirty unfiltered power creating the loud squeal and then strobe lights adding a clicking sound every half-second.
The first problem would be and easy fix, the 2nd and 3rd would require a certified mechanic. As is typical with my own experience in aviation, things are almost never perfect.
