Modern Arnis - Single Motion Disarms

This is a shortened form of a long video shot at Kindred Protective Arts back in March 2023. I taught a private class on how to disarm your opponent in one single motion. This came out of a project suggested to me by Mark V. Wiley.

You often hear "disarms can't be done in real life". At the 2023 World Modern Arnis Legacy Camp, GM Dieter Knüttel showed how wrong that statement is. His approach has dramatically improved my success rate at pulling off disarms. Your single move technique has made them smoother and faster. Professor Presas would be proud of how his art has flourished in such capable hands.

This is a demonstrating how of applying actions in a single move. This is not a combat application. In combat, hit the hand or hit the head. Simple, easy and effective.
