Sometimes, I pull out a couple to a few watches and pretend I’m Brad from Brent Miller doing a comparison. Quite an experience. Makes me appreciate my watches more. Thanks for these videos Brad!
Great to see these three side by side! Though there is a strong family resemblance, each is distinctive. I'd probably take the '54, though the new GMT is a strong contender.
Great overview of these options, Brad. Big fan of these watches, but please Tudor, lose the faux rivets on the bracelet. Rolex - make the T-fit standard for the Oyster bracelet. Would love that on a Sub
@@doml9896 You're right, the T-fit clasp is more convenient in summer. I hope they can upgrade the clasp to be like the one on the bronze version; that would be perfect.!
@@RabbitWatchShop Perhaps you're right. However, based on my wearing experience, I feel that the bracelet on the BB58 seems solid, whereas the one on the BB54 feels somewhat hollow, and its edges are a bit sharp. I’m not sure if this difference is related to the production year-my BB58 was purchased in 2022, while the BB54 was purchased in 2024.
The reason why the BB54 is the one to get is, like Tudor stated, it is their most true-to-form black bay. What does that mean? Compared to the submariner it is paying tribute to, Tudor reference 7922, it has very similar, if not the same, dimensions; it has the same bezel (BB58’s bezel teeth is incorrect) and insert without gilt (BB58 gets this wrong); it has a correct submariner small crown (BB58 crown looks nothing like a submariner big crown of the past). None of the black bays looks like an actual vintage Submariner quite like the 54. And the icing on the cake: the 54 is a tribute to Tudor’s FIRST submariner. Now if none of that matters to you, and you don’t like the mid-50s submariners the most like me, by all means get the black bay diver that speaks to you the most. They’re all amazing values.
T54 based on the immortality and the stealthy look, TGMT because it is a bit more colorful. Personally, I am more for a look that is immortal. However if I had to choose for todays New Year Eve I would go for the TGMT. Happy 2025.
Man. I’m so over these Tudor designs. The same design over and over and over again. Rolex can pull it off, Tudor can’t. I’ve never owned a Tudor, but I feel like I’ve seen more reviews/articles/pics of a Black Bay than any other moderately priced luxury watch, where it makes me always purchase something else other than a Tudor.
I've owned the BB58 and BB54, the 54 just feels so much more refined

Thanks for these videos Brad!
Haha, love it!
There’s just something about the 54 when you put it in your wrist. So classy
Great video. I love my 58, but might choose the 54 today. If the 54 had the 58's bezel, it would be 100% the 54 for me. Happy New Year!
58 GMT please Brad. The GMT function is something that I find really useful.
I LIKE THE 58 WITH THE BLACK AND RED BEZEL ALL THE WATCHES ARE AWESOME BUT FOR ME THE 58 NICE VIDEO
Thanks for viewing!
BB54 any day of the week!!! Wears so well, looks amazing on wrist... unless you have 7.5-8" wrist, can't pull off larger ones
Brad, Excellent presentations all year! I like the Tudor GMT...saving up my money to purchase from Brent Miller. Happy New Year!
Thanks for viewing. Happy New Year!
Again great video! Best wishes from The Netherlands!

The BB54 is a gem . So I choose it first . The BB 58 GMT is second .

I can support that!
I've owned the BB58, P39 and the BB54... The 54 is the only one left in my collection.
BB58’s bracelet quality is better than BB54 imo,so I’m keeping BB58 in my collection 😂
... with no T-fit, I disagree.

@@isaac06302 how is the BB58 bracelet better than the BB54? It’s the same bracelet, but the BB54 has t-fit. Hence your comment makes no sense.

I’d love to see a comparison between Longines HydroConquest GMT & Tudor BB58 GMT
I'd love to have both in hand myself, but unfortunately we don't carry Longines.

They certainly aren't for everyone, but I'm glad we have more options now more than ever.
The answer you're looking for is the OG 41mm.
