The Rowan and Arrive should have both been in the top 3 on the list. The Rowan def has the best pool with views of all the hotels mentioned except number 3 since I never stayed at that hotel
Very sad. The ONCE affordable, working -class, weekend "getaway" that WAS Palm Springs is history. And now seemingly for the rich, and entitled, only. Some of the rates these hotels now charge seem more like mortgage payments. Even the humble, bare-bones Motel 6 Chain now charges 3 figures+ on weekends, and holidays. Interesting fact, the 6 was the original, nightly rate: SIX DOLLARS! The very first Motel 6, is still on State Street in Santa Barbara. The second is right here in Palm Springs, on Highway 111, where Paln Canyon makes that big bend, and heads East. 🤔

Who chose that most annoying music! It probably wouldn't have been too bad if it was playing in the BACKGROUND of the speaking voice instead of being louder than the voice, otherwise nice views of the hotels.
UPDATED LIST can be found here, with updated pricing! projecttravel.org/palm-springs
Last time I went to Palm Springs, I stayed at the Hilton hotel and my first time going to Palm Springs, I stayed at the Saguaro! How cool!
Both great properties!
Which did you like better?
@@siobhansytRitz Carlton. You?
You need to seen the newly renovated Hyatt Regency Indian Wells.

Obrigada por esse vídeo, abraços do Brasil. 🤗
I have stayed at the Ritz, it's nice but it's not all that. It needs to be updated.

Wow, very interesting- thanks for sharing! Agreed that prices are way too high, and the city cracked down on vacation rentals
