I followed up my supervisor who diagnosed a txv and scheduled me to install it today. I was grinning at first when I saw every connection was flare or nut, but i trust braze more than flares these days =X Ty for the good content!
I thought so too. Currently in the field, non mini, standard split or package units, I see lots of jobs successfully completed with no flow. Does that result in issues right away? Not that I've seen. Will it take a few years off the life of the system? Probably. I try to flow everytime. Buttttt the field thinks differently
