And if you need to okay for it monthly on a sprint phone plan with multiple users and if so how much would it be monthly and what SIM cards are recommended for just texting and calling in this situation is all I need to know
@@JoseBriones That's too bad. Do you know of a "dumb" phone available where this is possible? I really don't care to have any apps other than that one.
I loved all my old Nokia phones until I bought this one. Firstly, it's hard to open until you find the secret. I have broken nails trying to open this to access the SIM cards. Then the text is very small & there is no way to increase the size. Writing a text message is a challenge when trying to add numbers and caps. It has been designed without thinking of older people or those with dexterity problems. I am going to end my association with Nokia, one that began last century when I bought the Nokia 3210.
Hi there, can uber or similar apps (didi, beat) be used on this phone? ive been searching for a while with no answers but i guess not. also if i had a 225 and a smartphone and switched my sim between phones (like one day i use one phone, the next the other). can i get into a problem or something i should watch out for? thanks for your time mate
Again, I complain that it is almost impossible to find a provider for this phone. I have bought one, returned one, bought another from a retailer, and the provider used that as an excuse not to be able to service it; but the thing you should CLEARLY make US buyers aware of, is that this phone (probably like other Nokias) does NOT TELL "CLOCK" time; it tells military time. So, if I look at my phone and it tells me that it is 18:20, how am I supposed to know, without consulting a chart, that that means 6:20 p.m.? I'd love to know what US users think of that? Personally, as much as I adore the phone, that makes me glad I couldn't use it. The time would drive me crazy.
Simple - subtract 12 from 18 to give you 6:20. Always subtract 12. there may be a way to change it. See the user reviews on amazon of this phone - they are quite helpful and several give fixes for issues.
I am using Nokia2730c. I wont a Nokia225 4G. The question is, it possible to play RUclips videos on a browser equipped with Nokia225 4G?My Nokia2730c can't play RUclips videos in the browser. When it comes to the price diffence between Nokia6300 4G and 225 4G is less than 10dollars. I would like to buy 225 4G if I can play RUclips, but is it better to buy 6300 4G?
If you want to play RUclips, the Nokia 6300 4G is a better option. The 225 won’t play them reliably or sometimes it just won’t at all. The browser is too basic for it.
@@JoseBriones Thanks fo your response. I don’t want to use RUclips playbac as the main, I want a mobile phone that is fun to have. Is it okay to understand that Nokia225 4G is a product that Nokia2730c support 4G?Of course the size is different. Fo Japan, Softbank Japan sells a very inexpensive product based on AndroidOS called Simply 603SI, a feature phone that is roughly the same size as the Nokia6300 4G. However, the product cannot play any games. However, you can browser SNS such as RUclips,Facebook and Twitter with yourbrowser. The only good thing aboutthat product it is that supports Japanese, but I can enjoy those SNS. A credit card-saizd mobile phone called Nichiephone-S that can only use calls and SMS is also solid in Japan, and I also have a Nichiephone-S 4G that dose not support 4G voice(VoKTE). What I want is a phone that is fun to own. I’m curious that other RUclipsrs have told me that Nokia6300 4G pratform KaiOS can’t uninstall apps? I dont have a personal computer. If Nokia225 4G is a product that support 2730c 4G, I think that 225 is not dissatisfied personally. I think it’s rude to ask a question and not follow the advice, but choose and buy a Nokia6300 4G, 225 4G, Simply 603SI and Nichiephone-S+(VoLTE compatible) that I will not regret I think that I want to do it. I am very gratefl to you. Thinks.
@@Tenrakucyui I understand :). I think you should give it a try and see which one fits your use best. The Nokia 6300 cannot uninstall apps unless you have an international version and a PC.
Very similar thoughts for every KaiOS device (check my 8110 walkthrough for those thoughts in depth). They are worth the price if you are willing to deal with their app ecosystem, until KaiOS 3.0 is released we won’t have a clear answers as if there is true value in KaiOS, for now its a decent replacement for transition devices, but it lacks in some areas and needs for people.

Hi Jose. This Nokia 225 4g has bluetooth auto answer without touching any key? I am bedridden and can hardly move. If it has that function, is it what part of the cell phone can I find it?

Hi José, I read in a review for the Nokia 220 that the calendar will only save 25 entries/appointments. I haven't been able to find any source stating how big the memory for the calendar is for the 225. Do you know of the 225 has the same limited memory for calendar entries? This would be a deal breaker for me, meaning I'd have to resort to the the much more expensive punkt mp02.
The limitation for 25 entries is present. I just tried right now and after 20 or so entries, I got "Calendar Full." I am sorry :(. As a workaround, I recommend you look into getting your calendar appointments delivered by text, this can be a better solution for you than having them on the phone. Just a recommendation :)
@@JoseBriones Thanks for trying that out! By getting calendar appointments delivered by text, do you mean how for instance Outlook and Google calendar can send reminders of upcoming appointments? That would indeed solve part of my problem, but then I still wouldn't have an overview of when I will and won't be available on my phone. I think I'm just gonna go for the punkt; I've been eyeing it for a while now, and I think I'm able to justify buying it now:)

Please tell me whether RUclips playlist will work smoothly ? How is the audio quality over a quality earbuds/earphones ?
No. RUclips is not smooth on this device. Mp3s work, but I won't use it as my main music device.
Can you text without WiFi and is it compatible with texting in the u.s and with ios Apple phone users
And if you need to okay for it monthly on a sprint phone plan with multiple users and if so how much would it be monthly and what SIM cards are recommended for just texting and calling in this situation is all I need to know
Oh and will it work with one sim
Doesn’t work on Sprint.

Is there any way to put "Signal" the messaging app on this phone? That's all I really want.
Not possible.

Bro how is battery backup? In days ?
3 days
Hi there, can uber or similar apps (didi, beat) be used on this phone? ive been searching for a while with no answers but i guess not.
also if i had a 225 and a smartphone and switched my sim between phones (like one day i use one phone, the next the other). can i get into a problem or something i should watch out for? thanks for your time mate
No apps for this phone. You can swap sim cards without issues, so no worries :)
Can I save photos against phone contacts so that when I get calls from them photo appears on screen with incoming calls?? Is it possible??
Not possible as far as I know.
Hmmmm...wonder if it'll work with MetroPCS 🤔
Any idea, if I can use this cellphone in Canada ..?
You should be able to. I know we have reports of it working on Bell. But that’s all I know.

Okay thanks for your response ,
Can we connect to internet on a computer via this phone?
No. No tethering on the phone
Your reviews are very good
Again, I complain that it is almost impossible to find a provider for this phone.
Do we have personal hotspot?
No
@@JoseBriones 😔 but thank you tho!

No WiFi is a shame as internet sharing would be a big pro. Other than future proofing I think 4g is a bit pointless as it's not designed for media.

could you please review nokia 6300 4g? Or give tour opinion on it?
Very similar thoughts for every KaiOS device (check my 8110 walkthrough for those thoughts in depth). They are worth the price if you are willing to deal with their app ecosystem, until KaiOS 3.0 is released we won’t have a clear answers as if there is true value in KaiOS, for now its a decent replacement for transition devices, but it lacks in some areas and needs for people.
@@JoseBriones Thanks! I bought it today and played around a bit, I really like it at the moment. Might change when using it more but right now it feels good. The size is perfect. And with Wifi and hotspot its easy to bring a smartphone if needed and connect to the internet. Thanks for the answer:)

It does not have that option. I am sorry
Wondering how the internet is on this phone? Not much talk about it.
It has basic 4G connectivity. It’s fast enough, but using the browser is not easy and it sometimes can be slow just because of the operating system of the phone
Can this phone make emergency calls without a SIM card?
Yes it can. I just tried and hung up on an emergency # for the US.

Hi José,
I read in a review for the Nokia 220 that the calendar will only save 25 entries/appointments.
